ARK News: A Syrian Kurdish source informed on Thursday that the exacerbate dispute between Russia and Turkey over the international road known as the M4 and the town of Tal Tamir, has reached an escalation to the town of Ain Isa in Syrian Kurdistan Syria.

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said: "There are differences between the Russians and the Turks regarding the implementation of what Turkey says it pledges from Moscow to it in the Sochi Agreement on the withdrawal of the Syrian Democratic Forces to the agreed distance."

The source added, "including the international road M4 and the town of Tal Tamir, reaching to the strategy to the town of Ain Isa to allow that control Turkey’s controlling to the most important trade routes and the lifeblood of the Syrian Island area and the important link between eastern and western Syria from the Iraqi border to
Lebanese and Jordanian ".

The source made clear saying: "During the recent meetings between Russian military officials of the Russian police and the Turkish military field commanders in Gire Spi two days ago, a clear dispute emerged over the handover of control of the road and the town of Tal Tamir.”

The source stressed that "the Turkish side refused to remain in the hands of the Asayish forces of the PYD, pointing out that" the Turks insisted that the militia of the so-called Syrian National Army belonging to them, which led to the failure of all previous attempts to deal.

The source also pointed to the "deepening of the Russian-Turkish dispute further after Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said that Russia did not abide by its commitments, which prompted a Russian request from Turkey to explain that sudden statement, which threatened to resume his military operations as an alternative."
