ARK News: The Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) has reportedly expelled several members after accusing them of espionage for Turkey.

According to the information obtained by BasNews, the accused members recently traveled to Turkey for tourism purposes, and they were notified that they no longer are members of the PKK.

Hiwa Gailani, head of KDP representation office in Raniya, Sulaymaniyah province, told BasNews that the PKK has begun a crackdown on the members it suspects of espionage because of links with other parties.

“After each Turkish airstrike, because they are mostly very accurate, the PKK arrests suspected members for interrogations,” Gailani claimed.
