The State Department sets a $ 5 million reward for information on ISIS leaders

ARK News: The US State Department has announced a $ 5 million reward for information to locate three ISIS leaders as part of its program " “Rewards for Justice”, which was launched in 1984.

It came in the statement by the US State Department, on Wednesday, that the three leaders in the organization are Amir Mohammed Saeed, Abdul Rahman al-Mawla, Sami Jassim Mohammed al-Jubouri, and Moataz Noman Abdul Nayef Najm al-Jubouri.

According to the “Rewards for Justice” website, Amir Mohammed Saeed Abdul Rahman al-Mawla, a senior leader in the organization and a possible successor to its leader, Abu Bakir al-Baghdadi, and oversaw a number of major operations of the organization.

As for Sami Jassim Mohammed al-Jubouri, he was responsible for the organization's financial transactions, including the sale of oil and gas and antiquities. The third leader, Moataz Noman Abdul Nayef Najm al-Jubouri oversees the manufacture of explosive devices.

The State Department pointed out that it is "determined to identify the leaders of (IS) and find them so that the international coalition to destroy the remnants of the organization."
