ARK News.. Iran has received a message from US Vice President JD Vance but has yet to respond, insisting that it remains committed to its seven conditions, an Iranian news source reported.

According to Iran’s semi-official Tasnim News Agency, Tehran is demanding that the United States meet all seven conditions, stressing that “any position that contradicts this framework is unacceptable.”

The report follows a Wall Street Journal article published on Wednesday stating that Vance had sent a letter to Mohsen Rezaei, secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, in an effort to revive peace negotiations.

According to the newspaper, the message and subsequent communications focused on exploring a possible framework for negotiations, without putting forward details of a peace agreement.

Asked by reporters about the communications, US President Donald Trump said Iran needed help obtaining medical supplies.
