President Barzani Receives Atlantic Council’s Iraq Initiative Director
ARK News.. Kurdistan Democratic Party President Masoud Barzani received Victoria Taylor, Director of the Iraq Initiative at the Atlantic Council, in Pirmam on Sunday, August 30, 2026.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the latest changes and developments in the region, as well as emerging regional dynamics and equations.
The meeting also addressed relations between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Iraqi federal government, including the latest developments in their bilateral ties.
The political process in the Kurdistan Region and ongoing efforts to resolve outstanding issues were also among the topics discussed during the meeting.
