Ahmad al-Shar’i Issues Decree to Form Preparatory Committee for National Dialogue Conference
ARK News.. Syrian Transitional President Ahmad al-Shar’i issued, on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, a decree establishing a preparatory committee for the National Dialogue Conference.
The Syrian Presidency announced on its X platform account, “In line with the supreme national interest and in response to the historical needs of this phase, reflecting the aspirations of the Syrian people, the Presidency has decided to form a preparatory committee for the National Dialogue.”
According to the statement, the decree appointed seven members to the committee: Hassan al-Dighaim, Maher Alloush, Mohammad Musattat, Mustafa al-Mousa, Youssef al-Hajer, Hind Qabawat, and Huda Atasi.
