Dear brothers, members of the political bureau of the allied Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria.

We are pleased to extend to you, on behalf of the National Democratic Gathering in Syria, and through you to all members of your party, our warmest congratulations and heartfelt greetings on the completion of the work of your twelfth congress and your election as secretary of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, wishing you all success in your tasks for the good of our people and our just cause.

The convening of your conference coincides with the difficult circumstances that the region in general and our country, Syria, is going through in particular, and we all hope that the decisions of your conference will contribute to revitalizing the Kurdish political movement in the Syrian Kurdish political arena and activating the role of the Kurdish National Council because of the weight it represents in the Syrian arena, and the institution that we all aspire to be responsible for the upcoming events on the Syrian level in general and the Kurdish level in particular.
