Hoshang Osi explains the reasons for Mazloum Kobani's visit to Sulaimaniyah without Qandil

The Kurdish writer and novelist Hoshang Osi, an expert in Pkk affairs, on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, analyzed the reasons for Bafel Talabani, head of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Party, YNK, to visit Syrian Kurdistan and his meeting with leaders and officials of the SDF and the PYD administration, stressing that the differences are deep between Mazloum Kobani and other leaders within the BKK.

Osi said during his participation in the ARK newsletter Wednesday that America is trying to remove PKK members from the PYD administration in Syrian Kurdistan. At the same time, the PKK organization considers Mazloum Kobani, the leader of the Syrian Democratic Forces, a traitor because of his disobedience to the system, yet Qandil cannot replace him because he is protected from America, the differences appeared clearly through the widespread pictures that gather Talabani and Kobani on the one hand, and with other leaders such as Saleh Muslim and Fawza Youssef on the other hand.

Osi indicated that Bafel Talabani is loyal to Qandil, carries messages to Mazloum Kobani, and wants to reunite the two conflicting currents within the system.

The Kurdish writer was surprised by Bafel Talabani's military dress, saying: He has nothing to do with military matters, so why does he brag about his military dress? I think he protects himself from assassinations and wears bulletproof human shields for fear of being assassinated. He emphasized that Talabani has not yet shown a stance towards the Turkish threats to Syrian Kurdistan and announced that his party stands with the SDF, so what is the sign of military dress, except for bragging, showing off, and hiding bulletproof shields under the cloak of military uniform.

At the end of his speech, he said that there are strong ties between the Kurdistan Patriotic Union and the PKK, which is dependent and good relations with Iran, and there will be no desired results from the meeting except pictures, because the differences are deep between Mazloum Kobani and others, as Mazloum Kobani visited the city of Sulaimaniyah and did not seek direction Towards Qandil, because his fate is death and assassination, like other disobedience to PKK.
