The local source, who preferred not to be named, said in exclusive statements to ARK: The PYD administration imposed huge sums on merchants, goldsmiths, and citizens working in foreign organizations under the pretext of helping the families of the martyrs.
The source added: The amount offered ranges from 2 to 5 thousand US dollars, and the pretext is to help the families of the martyrs.
