The Turkish military operation is imminent, and it may extend to the east of the Euphrates
ARK News… Media sources revealed that the expected Turkish operation in Syrian Kurdistan and northern Syria is imminent and that it may include areas beyond Tel Rif’at and Manbij, and may extend to the east of the Euphrates as well.
Kurdish media sources said that a military-security meeting was held by the Turkish side last night with representatives of the opposition factions and activities, in which they were instructed to prepare to enter northern Syria.
They added: The visit of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to Turkey on Wednesday has brought the Turkish side a green light regarding (Tel Rif’at and Manbij), and that the attack on them may start at any moment.
The sources pointed out: The soft and indecisive American position in opposing the anticipated Turkish action may encourage the Turks to launch simultaneous attacks from more than one axis in the west and east of the Euphrates together.
