Appointing a new chairman of the local council of Afrin city

ARK News: The local council in the city of Afrin Kurdistan was appointed a new chairman after the ex-president's exemption, without knowing the real reasons for his exemption.
A special source from the city of Afrin said that “the Engineer, Mohammed Saeed Suleiman was appointed as the new chairman of the Local Council, on Tuesday 2/10/2018 in the city of Afrin instead of Zuhair Haidar, the former chairman of the council without knowing the real reasons behind the exemption.”
It is noteworthy that the engineer Mohammed Saeed Suleiman who is one of the Afrin region’s Kurd and from Bulbul town.
