ARK News… Dr. Nasr al-Hariri, head of the National Coalition of Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces, Hadi al-Bahra, co-chair of the Constitutional Committee, Roba Habboush, Deputy head of the National Coalition of Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces, and the Syrian Interim Government congratulated the Kurdish people on the occasion of Newroz and the Kurdish New Year.

Congratulation of Dr. Nasr Al-Hariri, head of the National Coalition of Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces:

I extend my sincere congratulations to our Syrian Kurdish people on the occasion of the festival of Newroz and say to you: “Your Newroz is blessed -“ Cejna we Pîroz be ”, Newroz embodies the meanings of emancipation from oppression, resisting tyrants and raising the value of freedom and dignity, which are the noble meanings for which all Syrians strive in this revolution.

Newroz Day is a spring Festival, peace, freedom, solidarity, brotherhood, and the struggle for dignity, freedom, and democracy, coinciding with the entry of the revolution into its eleventh year.

I extend to our Kurdish people and brothers and the whole of our Syrian people throughout the homeland and in the diaspora of the world with my warmest congratulations, wishing them a Happy Newroz Day.

Hopefully, we can all return to our country and our homes and live in freedom, peace, and security in a free and democratic homeland, and together we celebrate Newroz after the salvation from the regime.

Congratulations of the Syrian Interim Government:
In a statement, Abdul Rahman Mustafa, President of the Syrian Interim Government, congratulated the Kurdish people on the occasion of Newroz and the Kurdish New Year, in which he said that we are inspired by Newroz the values of freedom and struggle in the face of injustice and tyranny. It is appropriate for us to participate in the celebrations of Newroz, in order to emphasize the values of citizenship, pluralism, respect, and coexistence.
