Hasaka… Turkish forces shell Abu Rasin (Zarkan) countryside, as SDF members try to infiltrate into Turkish-backed factions’ positions

ARK News… SOHR said that members of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) carried out an infiltration attempt into the posts of Ankara-backed factions on the frontlines of the villages of Dada Abdal, Um Ushba, and Maharramla in Abu Racine countryside (Zarkan), north of Hasakah.

The Observatory added that Turkish forces responded shelling the areas of Um Ushba, Dada Abdal, Noihat, and Maharramla on the frontline, coinciding with firing flares on the frontlines.

The Syrian Observatory has monitored yesterday evening a rocket attack by Turkish forces on the village of Kur Hassan in the western countryside of Tal Abyad, north of Raqqa. The attack left a soldier of the regime forces stationed in the village injured and caused material damage to the homes of civilians.

Syrian Observatory monitored that the exchange of rocket and artillery fire on frontlines of the western countryside of Tal Abyad in northern Raqqa, between Turkish forces and their proxy factions in the so-called “Peace Spring” areas on one hand, and Syria Democratic Forces on the other.

According to SOHR sources, Turkish forces and their proxies shelled positions in Abdouki village and surrounding areas, Saronj village, and Qiz’ali silos. Meanwhile, SDF responded by shelling the source of the Turkish-backed factions’ fire.
