Finland's Prime Minister Marin: We will try to bring the children of ISIS back in Syria

ARK News: Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin said that Finnish women who go to Syria to join ISIS will try to bring their children back as soon as possible.

While the debate on the return of ISIS families and their children from Europe to their homes in the Syrian-controlled El Hol camp in northern Syria continues, Finland's newly elected prime minister Marin made a statement.

To resolve the disputes in the newly formed coalition on this issue should be examined separately in each case Marin, "The purpose of the authorities is to protect the interests of children in all circumstances," he left an open door to the return of some mothers. However, Marin added, "There is no obligation to help adults who voluntarily go to the region."

According to the Finnish press, 11 Finnish women and 30 children live in the Al-Hol Camp.

The Central Party, which is part of the coalition led by Marin, opposes the return of ISIS spouses and supports the bringing of children.

The Central Party is concerned about the rise of the votes of the far-right Real Finns party, which says that bringing ISIS families back would jeopardize the country's security.

It is unlikely that children in the camp, which is controlled by SDF, will be brought back without their mothers, as the children are opposed to separation from their mothers.
