Patrols are carried out with the use of Tiger armored vehicles and BTR-80 armored personnel carriers of the Russian military police and Kirby armored vehicles of the Turkish Border Guard. In total, the patrol includes eight units of military equipment and about 50 military personnel from both countries. The Ministry of Defense added that the real-time control of the patrolling movement is guaranteed by the "Orlan-10" drone of the Russian military police.
