Is it a dialogue or call up?

ARK News: A member of the Political Bureau of Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, DR., Abdul Hakim Bashar wrote a report confirming that the visit of PYD to Damascus is not a dialogue, but a call up, which is stated in his report as follows:
Many Arab and Kurdish media published various headlines about a delegation from PYD going to Damascus. Some of them said that a delegation from the Syrian Democratic Forces, others said they were from PYD, and some others said a delegation was from so called the self-government.
Whatever the names are, the source of decision is one, it is from Qandil leadership and the Kurds of Syria are only pawns in it.
What is going on in Damascus between a delegation of PYD and the regime is not a dialogue at all. And when the regime makes a deluge with its representatives and delegates? What is going on in Damascus is the redeployment of the tasks after the PYD has completed the former completed the tasks that assigned to it, It is time for the PYD to restore to the regime what it had received areas from the later and to restore full control of areas under the control of the PYD gradually, The regime will put the work plan for the next stage. It will not much matter for PYD to save even a little bit of its face water Because the regime did not give him any political or administrative promise. All the regime did, was to give arms to the forces of PYD and assign to them specific tasks. This commissioning was done through a coordination committee between the regime and the PYD.
As a result of the developments that taking place, there is no need for this committee and most of the next stage will be as follows:
1) Removal of all manifestations which denote to the control of the PYD of the areas that the regime wishes to restore.
2) Changing the names of the forces of the PYD gradually. Some of its items have been implemented and the name YPG and YPJ will be changed soon to suit the new tasks.
3) Subordinating the forces of the PYD to the officers and elements of the regime in the first stage.
4) Merging the part of the PYD forces into the regime’s army according to the need of the regime.
5) Demobilizing the rest of the forces or turn them into allied forces such as Haganah or Border Guards under the command of Syrian officers.
6) Restoring of the official institutions of the regions, especially sovereign and service with security symbols for leadership and management.
7) Arrest or kill of political, security and military leaders from the PYD who may oppose this plan, because they were not part of it at first.
8) Commissioning of political assassinations by killing political and strugglers figures by the Authority’s decision.
And that all that is raised by the existence of unconditional negotiations is the attempt by the PYD to whiten its image in front of Kurdish public opinion, its supporters and to the families who PYD sacrificed their youth for the sake of the regime, but the regime will not allow PYD to even get political make-up. because its job is in the process of being completed and the Syrian regime has very little need for it.
Therefore, a delegation was called up to Damascus to inform them of the new tasks, and there will be no dialogue with them.
