"سماع أصوات غريبة" من قبر ميت ومدير الناحية لـ ARK: فتح القبر يتطلب موافقة قضائية
هرع الأهالي في ناحية فايدة ولاجئو مخيمي دوميز1 ودوميز 2 إلى مقبرة فايدة فی محافظة دهوك بإقليم كوردستان ليلة أمس 28 أيلول 2023, بعد ورود أقاويل تفيد بسماع أصوات غريبة من قبر رجل مدفون منذ أربعين يوماً.
وقال مراسل ARK: "شهود عيان أفادوا بسماع أصوات من قبر فوزي شريف خلف وهو ستيني في العمر ومن ساكني مخيم دوميز".
وأكد أحد أقرباء الميت في تصريحات خاصة "أنهم سمعوا مرات أصوات غريبة تأتي من القبر", مطالبين السماح بفتح القبر والتأكيد من الأمر.
وبعد تجمهر المئات من الأهالي, حضر مسؤولون محليون للتأكد من الحادثة, وقال مدير ناحية فايدة، عادل أمين في تصریحات لـ ARK "منذ ساعات أتواجد في المقبرة ولم أسمع ما يتردد عن صدور أصوات من أحد القبور".
وفي معرض جوابه عن سؤال مراسلنا فيما سيتم فتح القبر أم لا قال "فتح القبر يحتاج لتقديم طلب رسمي من عائلة المتوفي واستحصال موافقة قضائية".
وأكد المراسل أن العائلة تنتنظر الحصول على أمر قضائي يسمح بفتح القبر.

بابا الفاتيكان يعزي ذوي ضحايا حريق الحمدانية
وجّه بابا الفاتيكان عبر وزارة خارجية الفاتيكان تعازيه لأسر ضحايا حادثة حريق الحمدانية، معرباً عن دعمه لهم.
قدّم بابا الفاتيكان فرانسيس في رسالته التعازي لأسر ضحايا الحادث المأساوي في الحمدانية، مؤكداً دعمه الكامل للسريانيين وضحايا الحادث.
وشدّد البابا فرانسيس في رسالته على أهمية الوحدة وضبط النفس في هذا الوقت العصيب واللحظات المؤلمة.
هذا وقد وجّه الرئيس مسعود بارزاني، رسالة تعزية لذوي ضحايا الحريق الذي اندلع في قاعة الهيثم للمناسبات بحمدانية شرقي الموصل.
وقال وزير الصحة في حكومة إقليم كوردستان، سامان برزنجي, إن فرق مديرية الصحة بأربيل ودهوك تحرّكت على الفور وسلّمت أكثر من 36 سيارة إسعاف وأكثر من 4 أطنان من الإمدادات الطبية الطارئة إلى قضاء الحمدانية لعلاج الإصابات الخفيفة، بينما نُقِلت الإصابات الخطيرة إلى مستشفيات أربيل ودهوك.
وتوفي ما لا يقل عن 114 شخصاً وأصيب نحو 200 في الحريق الذي اندلع بوقت متأخر من ليلة 26 أيلول 2023، داخل قاعة الهيثم.

توضيح من شرطة أربيل حول الفيديو المتداول: لا أحد فوق القانون
أعلنت شرطة أربيل، الخميس، اعتقال ضابط ومنتسب في الشرطة، على خلفية المقطع المتداول للاعتداء على شاب في قلعة أربيل خلال الاحتفالات بالمولد النبوي الشريف، مشيرةً إلى التعامل مع الموقوفين وفق السياقات القانونية.
وقالت الشرطة في بيان إلى الرأي العام: «بشأن مقطع الفيديو المتداول لشرطي وهو يتعامل بطريقة غير ملائمة مع شاب ويعتدي عليه في قلعة أربيل خلال مراسم الاحتفال بالمولد النبوي، حينما كان عدد كبير من المواطنين يعبرون عن حبهم للرسول الأعظم من خلال أنشطة وفعاليات مختلفة في هذا اليوم المبارك، قام مجموعة من الشباب في قلعة أربيل بأفعال وتصرفات غير مناسبة أدت إلى انزعاج ومضايقة المواطنين الآخرين».
وأوضحت الشرطة: «للسيطرة على الأوضاع واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة مع أولئك الشباب، تم نشر الشرطة في المكان، لكن للأسف قام أحد أفراد الشرطة بالتعامل بطريقة غير لائقة مع شاب والاعتداء عليه».
وشددت على أنه «حيال هذا التصرف المخالف تم توقيف ضابط ومنتسب من قبل مديريتنا، كما تم تشكيل لجنة تحقيقية في الحادث، حيث سيتم التعامل مع الموقوفين وفقاً للقانون».
وفي الختام، طمأنت شرطة أربيل المواطنين بمحاسبة المخالفين، مؤكدة على أنه «ليس ثمة أحد فوق القانون».

The Syrian regime raises the price of domestic gas
ARK News… The Syrian regime's Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection has repeatedly raised the prices of domestic and industrial gas cylinders.
The ministry said that it set "the price of 75 thousand liras for a cylinder excluded from support from inside and outside the card, and the price of an industrial gas cylinder for all economic establishments is 150 thousand."
It added, "The price of a subsidized gas cylinder for a citizen remains the same, 15,000, and there is no modification to it."
On May 22, the regime's Ministry of Internal Trade issued a decision setting the price of a subsidized domestic gas cylinder at 15,000 Syrian pounds, but it was not available at this price, as the citizen had been waiting for the domestic gas message for many months.

Schneck meets a delegation from the White Helmets
ARK News... The German Special Envoy to Syria, Stefan Schneck, met on Wednesday with a delegation from the Syrian Civil Defense Organization “White Helmets” on the Syrian-Turkish border.
The Civil Defense said in a Facebook post that Schneck met with a team from the White Helmets to discuss the humanitarian situation in Syria and the danger of the Assad regime and Russia’s attacks on civilian lives.
It added that the attendees stressed the importance of justice and accountability, in addition to talking about the necessity of continuing the delivery of life-saving aid across the border to Syrians affected by the regime and Russia’s war, the devastating earthquake, and not politicizing this aid.

The Turkish Gendarmerie arrests four young Kurds and tortures them brutally
ARK News… A private source from Qamishlo city revealed that the Turkish Gendarmerie arrested four Kurdish young men who attempted to cross into Turkey on a journey to reach a European country.
A private source told ARK News that the young men, Ali Hussein Jindo, 14 years old, from Sere Kaniye, Aziz Hamo Naso, 33 years old, from the city of Qamishlo, Muhammad Ibrahim Al-Hardan, and Masoud Hammoud Naso, attempted last night, Wednesday, 27/09/2023. They crossed the Turkish border from an area located between the cities of Derbasiye and Sere Kaniye, but they were arrested and brutally beaten by the Turkish gendarmes.
The private source confirmed that the two young men, Ali Hussein Jindo and Aziz Hamo Naso, were seriously injured and were broken in several parts of their limbs by the Turkish gendarmes. To receive treatment, they were transferred to a hospital in the city of Qamishlo in Syrian Kurdistan.
The private source added: The fate of Muhammad Ibrahim Al-Hardan and Masoud Hamo Naso is still unknown, and it is believed that they are in the grip of the Turkish Gendarmerie.

Afrin… Two doctors were released in Afrin city
ARK News… After three weeks of detention, two doctors, on Thursday, September 28, 2023, were released in Afrin city, Syrian Kurdistan,
A close source reported to ARK that both doctors Lazgin Saleh and Wardan Wardan (from the Arab component) were released after proving their innocence of the charge against them.
Dr. Lazgin Saleh was arrested in the city center of Afrin on the fifth of September, on charges of "dealing with narcotic substances."
A second source confirmed that the civil court, after conducting investigations, released the two doctors after proving their innocence.
Local activists said that four pharmacists were arrested on the same charge, and after being investigated and proving their innocence, they were released.
Dr. Lazgin Saleh, a resident of the village of ” Kurzêlê”, was kidnapped on May 29, 2018 and released after paying a ransom on June 16 of the same year.

Declaration of general mourning for a period of “three days” in the Kurdistan Region
ARK News… The Kurdistan Regional Government announced a three-day public mourning in the region in solidarity with the victims of the Hamdaniya tragedy.
Peshawa Hawramani, spokesman for the Kurdistan Regional Government, said, “Prime Minister Masrour Barzani directed the declaration of public mourning for three days in the Kurdistan Region, in remembrance, solidarity, and condolences to the victims of the Hamdaniya district tragedy.”
Hawramani noted: With the announcement of the news of this incident, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government directed the medical and emergency teams to go to the site of the tragedy, to provide all forms of support to the injured, and to open the doors of the region’s hospitals for the wounded to receive treatment.
A huge fire broke out late Tuesday evening in Al-Haytham Concert Hall in Al-Hamdaniya District in Nineveh Governorate, resulting in dozens of deaths and injuries.

"الأبيض المتوسط" يبتلع أكثر من 2500 مهاجر هذا العام
أعلنت مسؤولة بالمفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين الخميس أن أكثر من 2500 مهاجرا قضوا أو فقدوا في أثناء محاولتهم عبور البحر الأبيض المتوسط إلى أوروبا منذ مطلع العام.
وقالت مديرة مكتب المفوضية في نيويورك روفين مينيكديويلا خلال اجتماع لمجلس الأمن مخصص لأزمة المهاجرين في البحر الأبيض المتوسط، إنه "حتى 24 أيلول/سبتمبر، تم إحصاء أكثر من 2500 شخص بين قتيل ومفقود في عام 2023. ويمثل هذا الرقم زيادة بمقدار الثلثين، مقارنة بـ1680 شخصا خلال الفترة نفسها من عام 2022".
وأشارت إلى أن "الرحلة من غرب أو شرق إفريقيا والقرن الإفريقي إلى ليبيا ونقاط انطلاق على الساحل تظلّ من أخطر الرحلات في العالم".
وأضافت أن "اللاجئين والمهاجرين الذين يسافرون عبر الطرق البرية من إفريقيا جنوب الصحراء يواجهون خطر الموت وانتهاكات خطيرة لحقوق الإنسان في كل خطوة".
وبحسب الأرقام التي أعلنتها روفين مينيكديويلا، وصل في الفترة بين مطلع العام و24 أيلول/سبتمبر 2023 إجمالي 186 ألف مهاجر إلى جنوب أوروبا (إيطاليا واليونان وقبرص ومالطا)، من بينهم 130 ألفاً إلى إيطاليا، "بزيادة قدرها 83% مقارنة بنفس الفترة من عام 2022".
أما بالنسبة لبلدان المغادرة، فبين مطلع العام وآب/أغسطس 2023، حاول أكثر من 102 ألف مهاجر عبور البحر الأبيض المتوسط من تونس، و45 ألفا من ليبيا".
وأكدت أنه من بين هذا العدد، تم إنقاذ 31 ألف شخص في البحر أو تم اعتراضهم وإنزالهم في تونس، و10600 في ليبيا.

بيدرسون يؤكد استئناف عمل اللجنة الدستورية السورية قبل نهاية العام الحالي
آرك نيوز.. أكّد المبعوث الأممي الخاص إلى سوريا، غير بيدرسون، الأربعاء 27 سبتمبر/أيلول، عن مواصلته في توجيه الدعوات لاستئناف عمل اللجنة الدستورية السورية قبل نهاية العام الحالي 2023
وقال المبعوث الأممي خلال اجتماع لمجلس الأمن الدولي حول الوضع في سوريا: "أبلغتني الأطراف السورية أنها ترغب في أن تواصل اللجنة الدستورية عملها، وقال ممثلو صيغة أستانة ومجموعة الاتصال العربية، فضلا عن العواصم الغربية، إنهم يدعمون استئناف عملها.
وأضاف: "أعتقد أن التحرك إلى الأمام ممكن، وفي هذا الصدد، سأواصل السعي إلى تعزيز دور السوريين في هذه العملية، دون أي تدخل خارجي أو أجندة خارجية".
وعقد آخر اجتماع للجنة الدستورية في مايو 2022، وانتهى دون أي نتائج تقريبا، وكان من المقرر عقد اجتماع في يناير 2023، لكنه لم يعقد.
