The Kurdistan Region Representative Office for ENKS elects a new administrative office and president

ARK News… In the presence of all members, the Kurdistan Region’s representation of the Kurdish National Council in Syria elected an administrative office and a new president for the next six months.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, February 20-21, 2024, the Kurdistan Region Representative Office of the Kurdish National Council in Syria held meetings to elect a new administrative office and form the Council’s representation committees at the representative’s headquarters in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region.

During the meetings, the mechanism for holding representative elections was discussed, and then nominations were opened. The president and members of the administrative office, members of the Relations Committee, the Refugee Affairs Committee, the Media Committee, and the Social Committee were elected for the next six months:

* Members of the administrative office:

- Jadaan Ali, head of the representation.

- Asmahan Dawoud, Deputy Head of the Representation.

-Sarah Hamdoki, Secretary of the Representation.

* Members of the Relations Committee:

- (Raman Mulla, Shams Sharif, Saeed Hami, Margaret Hassaf, Naz Tatar).

* Members of the Refugee Affairs Committee:

- (Hassan Hassan, Rashad Suleiman, Fadel Dalli, Jwan Othman, Othman Mannan).

* Members of the Media Committee:

(Nawaf Rashid, Raman Mulla, Asmahan Dawoud).

*Members of the Social Committee:

(Nawaf Rasheed, Saleh Jamil, Hassan Hassan, Abdulaziz Walika, Sarah Hamdoki).

At the end of the meetings, the new head of the representation, “Jadaan Ali,” thanked all members for giving him confidence to head the representation, wishing them success and working in a single team spirit to make the work and tasks of the representation a success.
