ARK News… Communication with Talib Hassan Ibrahim, a member of the Local Council of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, was cut off after he left his home in the city of Qamishlo two days ago.
Close sources said: “Talib Ibrahim was suffering from illness. He left his home last Thursday, at eleven in the morning, intending to visit the doctor to receive treatment.”
The sources confirmed that "he has not returned yet and there is no information about his fate."
Talib Ibrahim Hassan “Abu Masoud,” born in 1970, is a father of 8 children and lives in the Institute neighborhood in the city of Qamishlo in Syrian Kurdistan.
