On the occasion of the birth of the greatest Prophet, the Al- Mustafa Muhammad, may the best prayers and peace be upon him, I congratulate all Muslims and followers of the true religion in the world, Iraq and Kurdistan.
We ask God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, that this honorable occasion will open for us the door of goodness and blessing for the people of Kurdistan and the region, that peace and stability prevail in the world and the region, and that forgiveness and harmony spread among all humanity.
