Netherlands... Kurdistan parties, organizations and associations commemorate the anniversary of the Kurdistan Region’s independence referendum
ARK News… Kurdistan parties, organizations and associations in the Netherlands commemorated the sixth anniversary of the Kurdistan Region’s independence referendum, on Tuesday, September 25, 2023.
In the city of Dinhakh, the Kurdish parties (Hevkarî) commemorated the anniversary of the Kurdistan independence referendum, by raising the flag of Kurdistan in front of Parliament and the Ministry of Justice, and submitted a memorandum to Parliament calling on all parties and parliamentary blocs in the Netherlands to support the Kurdish cause and the independence of Kurdistan.
In the cities of The Hague and Arnhem, Kurdish parties and organizations commemorated the anniversary in support of the Kurdistan Region in determining its fate in accordance with international human rights and principles.
Kurdish organizations in the Netherlands also commemorated the anniversary, with the Kurdish national anthem (Ey Reqîb), raising the flag of Kurdistan, and slogans of solidarity and support for the referendum.
Representatives of the Netherlands Organization of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, Amin Manla and Ali Omar, participated in commemorating this national and patriotic anniversary within the Kurdistan Parties (Hevkarî) in The Hague, and the representative of the organization, Muhyiddin Abdi Al-Hadu, participated within the Azadi Association (Komeleya Azadî), the Dutch Kurdish Brotherhood Association, and KOÇ KAK.
