ARK News… Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, on Monday, visited the newly liberated southern city of Kherson, where he inspected Ukrainian forces in a square in the center of the town, while the Kremlin confirmed today that Kherson is still part of Russia.

Previously, Zelensky appeared unexpectedly in other frontline areas at critical junctures of the war to support and congratulate his forces. Video footage showed Zelensky waving to residents who saluted him from an apartment window and shouted: "Glory to Ukraine!"
