ARK News: The Democratic Union Party PYD issued a new decision regarding the seizure of immigrants’ properties, which ensures the abolition of the agent's right from the disposition of the property of his client.

The Executive Council of Tabqa city belonging to Raqqa province of PYD issued a decision which canceled in it the right of the agent to dispose of his client's property and prohibited the sale of any property except in the presence of his absentee owner.

According to the Council’s decision, the agent is not entitled to sell, pledge or mortgage any property even if the agent is the first or second class in the management of the absentee property.
It also states that "the absentee shall not have the right to sell his property at present until one year after his receipt, and any sale other than the foregoing shall be deemed null and void where he was forced to stay for a year before embarking on any sale. "

The Democratic Union Party PYD has so far seized the homes and property of hundreds of immigrants on the pretext of protection and turned them into headquarters for its organizations and institutions. Many of these migrants have returned to their homes to restore their homes from PYD, but PYD forced them to sell their houses at low prices.

Except for the law of PYD to seize the property of immigrants, PYD seized the property of many of its opponents, especially the Kurdish leaders of the Kurdish National Council of Syria and its Parties
