Kobani... ENKS holds the PYD responsible for revealing the circumstances of the massacre

ARK News… On the sixth anniversary of the Night of Treason massacre in Kobani, the locality of the Kurdish National Council in Kobani issued a statement calling on the PYD to reveal the facts and circumstances of the "Night of Treason" massacre. ARK has received a copy of the statement that reads:

The city of Kobani, on June 25, 2015, was subjected to a painful massacre, which killed hundreds of unarmed civilians, including martyrs and wounded, after the liberation of the region from ISIS terrorism and the acceleration of the return of the people to their homes, this crime came to limit their return and divert their destination to the countries of asylum, we still hold the PYD authorities, which took upon themselves to protect the area and investigate the circumstances of the crime, the responsibility to reveal the truth, as the results of the investigation and the facts of that massacre are still kept secret and in the context of gossip.

We in the Kurdish National Council in Kobani, as we bow to the souls of those who were martyred in this horrific massacre, and we demand the disclosure of the truth, stressing that this crime falls within the circle of crimes against humanity
