PYD gives shop's owners ten days for reviewing
ARK News: The Democratic Union Party gave the shopkeepers in Amouda, Kurdistan, Syria, ten days to review the municipality.
In a communiqué which distributed to the shops, the Municipality of PYD in Amouda invited the owners of the shops to review the payment of "administrative licenses" within a maximum period of ten days, beginning on 30.09.2018 under the expense of punishment.
In Kurdistan of Syria, the PYD forces the civilians and merchants to re-obtain licenses, despite the existence of permits by the regime, which forcing people to obtain two licenses in time and paying taxes and drawings to the PYD and to the Syrian regime.
