ARK News… A Human Rights Organization working to document violations in the Kurdish region of Afrin reported on its main page of Facebook, on 25.11.2021, said that during the past few days, there has been a lot of conversations between the various parties of armed militia members - the settlers - the Kurdish indigenous people - civil society activists and human rights organizations” about the visit of a delegation from the so-called Committee for the Restitution of Rights and Grievances to Shiye town and its villages in order to find out about practices and violations of inhumanity committed by the so-called Muhammad Al-Jassim, nicknamed Abu Amsha, the leader of the so-called “Sultan Suleiman Shah Al-Amshat militia” and its elements, affiliated with the “Free Syrian National Army” who were honored more than once by the heads of the National Coalition for Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces and the President of the Syrian Interim Government, before the committee came to the town center, Muhammad al-Jassim took all the necessary precautions from threatening and intimidating methods to the people to evade responsibility for the crimes he committed against the Kurdish indigenous population, such as the random killing and kidnapping of Kurdish citizens, theft, robbery, looting, bulldozing and excavating the soil and imposing royalties on agricultural crops and olive seasons, confiscating them and appropriating agricultural lands and homes, including an audio leak of one of his assistants from the Mukhtar, warning the people not to tell the facts before the committee and urging them at the end of the recording to erase it “we previously published the recording a week ago.” Likewise, a meeting was held on Thursday, November 18, 2021, for more than 60 citizens from the Mukhtars and dignitaries of the villages, but the information submitted to the members of the committee exceeded hundreds of complaints about the town center only, not the surrounding villages, especially the villages of Kakhere and Qarmitlq, which are controlled by militia elements, after vigorous attempts and many deliberations, the committee was able to recover nearly 300 oil tanks, which represents less than 5% of the thefts and royalty imposed on the people, except for the rest of the acts of looting by force of arms and the sums of money that he imposed in the amount of 4 US dollars for each olive tree and collecting 25% of the season and seizing the entire property of the forcibly displaced Kurdish indigenous people, and the rest of his crimes and heinous acts.

The organization added that the reaction of the so-called Muhammad Al-Jassim, nicknamed Abu Amsha, and his elements regarding the partial rights restored to the people by the Committee for the Restitution of Rights and Grievances, was not taken into account in terms of time, On Wednesday, on November 24, 2021, they raided a mourning tent in the village and assaulted the family of the deceased, the citizen Muhammad Kamal Ali Bakr and his son Lazgin, and the “mourners” were randomly present, and a number of them were kidnapped on charges of communicating and submitting statements to the committee condemning his actions and his practices and taking them to the security headquarters and beating them, they are:

1 - Masoud Mustafa Sheikho
2 - Abdul Rahman Mustafa Sheikho
3 - Khalil Mustafa Sheikho
4 - Ammar Suleiman Sheikho
5- Bakr Mustafa Rahmoki, nicknamed Hajji.

The organization confirmed that after the intervention of the Committee for the Restitution of Rights and Grievances, Masoud Mustafa Sheikho and Bakr Mustafa Rahmoki were released, while the fate of the rest is still unknown.

In the same context, the organization said that the so-called Abu Amsha warned the people against transferring their reclaimed rights “oil containers” from the press to their homes, ignoring the decisions of the Committee for the Restitution of Rights and Grievances, which was delegated remotely by the Syrian National Coalition for the Forces of the Revolution and the Syrian Opposition and the President of the Syrian Interim Government to do its work.

From this standpoint the Kurdish citizens applied members of the Committee for the Restitution of Rights and Grievances, to visit other villages and work to rescue them from the clutches of the gunmen and to recover their human rights from the armed militia elements affiliated with the "Free Syrian National Army".
