Afrin... The Free Syrian National Army and its unjust rulings
ARK News: A Human Rights Organization working to document violations in the Kurdish region of Afrin reported on its main page of Facebook, on Sunday, 10.10.2021, that the people of the village of Kakhere of Mabata town, which is under the control of the militia of Sultan Suleiman Shah al-Amshat, led by the so-called Muhammad al-Jassim, nicknamed Abu Amsha, are suffering an atmosphere of security tension and terrorism as a result of the inhumane acts and practices carried out by the leader of the militia group Sultan Suleiman Shah Al-Amshat in the village, called Abu Hussein Al-Asharne, who imposed royalties and unjust laws on Kurdish residents.
The Organization added that the people of the village of Kakhere of Mabata town, which is under the control of the militia of Sultan Suleiman Shah al-Amshat, the “Free Syrian National Army” led by the so-called Muhammad al-Jassim, nicknamed Abu Amsha, suffers from an atmosphere of security tension and terrorism as a result of the inhumane acts and practices carried out by the leader of the militia group Sultan Suleiman Shah al-Amshat in the village his name is Abu Hussein Al-Asharne, as he imposes on the people to obtain his consent to harvest the olives and squeeze them in the press daily, even if it is one olive bag (Shiwal), and to give the authority to his members to beat, torture and kill those who refuse or object.
The Organization also added that these unjust rulings came against the backdrop of fabricating the incident of burning his old car and accusing the villagers of burning it, and in response to the women’s demonstration that took place during early February of this year against the injustice they suffer and the domination over the necks of the people and the theft and robbery carried out by his elements. Looting their property, cell phones, and agricultural crops and seizing their homes, what increased the racism and arrogance of the so-called Abu Hussein Al-Asharne is the encouragement he received from the so-called Muhammad Al-Jassim and members of the so-called Committee for the Restitution of Rights and Grievances after imposing an atmosphere of tension, intimidation and the security cordon during January of this year and the kidnapping of more than 17 citizens from the Kurdish indigenous people (the villagers), beating and torturing them brutally and forcing them to pay a ransom of between 300-500 US dollars in exchange for the release of each of them.
The Organization confirmed that he also imposed the collection of 80% of the olive harvest for the forcibly displaced Kurdish indigenous people who are detained in the al-Shahba area, and 20% for the displaced from the village in the city of Afrin and the immigrants to Europe, Turkey, and the Kurdistan Region.
