The leadership of Roj Peshmerga Forces sends a message to President Masoud Barzani

On the sixtieth anniversary of President Masoud Barzani's joining the Peshmerga forces, which falls, on Friday, May 20, 2022, the leadership of Roj Peshmerga congratulated President Masoud Barzani and stressed that the greatness of his struggle witnessed in the mountains of Kurdistan, the September and Gulan revolutions, the liberation uprising and many revolutions.
The text of the message stated:

With all glory and pride, our Kurdish people and our heroic Peshmerga celebrate the sixtieth anniversary of the joining of the president, the leader, and the Peshmerga, Masoud Barzani, to the Peshmerga forces on May 20, 1962. Sixty years of struggle, His Excellency, spent in the service of the causes of our Kurdish people and their rights against injustice and dictatorship.

The greatness of his struggle is witnessed by the mountains of Kurdistan, the September and Gulan revolutions, the liberation uprising, the Suhaila and Parde saga, and the referendum of the Kurdistan region. On this great occasion and embodiment of his struggle, we say: We pledge to you that we will remain the beacon of the Peshmerga approach, which you have engraved the name of the Peshmerga high in the fields of freedom and victory, and to choose Martyrdom or victory in renewing the era of loyalty and struggle.
