On the pretext of the high costs, the regime government leaves those suspected of having Corona without examinations

The director of the Al Mowasat Hospital in the capital, Damascus, Dr. Essam Al-Amin, revealed in statements to the local "Al-Madina FM" radio that tests for infection with "Corona" virus are not carried out for all suspected cases, due to its high cost, and the similarity of the symptoms of corona with regular flu symptoms.

The Secretary added that several suspected cases had reached the results of their analyzes and they were negative, indicating that there was one case that was booked in health pending the results of its tests.

Al-Amin's statements sparked reactions on social media, as some questioned the reliability of the information, and others demanded that necessary precautions be taken, and a portion of his followers mocked them and indicated that the government of the regime denies any HIV infections, despite their existence.

Noting out that the government of the regime was late in announcing the suspension of flights with Iraq and Iran due to the outbreak of the virus in them, and did not adhere to medical standards equivalent to the severity of the virus in airports and land crossings in the country, exposing the Syrians to the risk of a humanitarian catastrophe in the event of a virus outbreak in the country.
