ARK News.. Turkish presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin said that the crisis in Idlib, Syria, "has crossed all borders", calling on the international community to take concrete steps towards the humanitarian crisis in Idlib and Syria.

The Turkish presidency called on the international community to establish a no-fly zone over Idlib.

Kalin explained that the treacherous attack had been strongly responded to from midnight on Thursday, and over 200 Syrian regime forces were shot down.

He stressed that the blood of the Turkish soldiers "will not be in vain," and the Syrian regime will be held to account "with blood stained hands."

The Russian and Turkish Presidents held a telephone conversation in which they agreed to hold a bilateral meeting as soon as possible.

The phone conversation between the Turkish and Russian president came a day after 33 Turkish soldiers were killed in an attack by Syrian regime aircraft.
