ARK News: The US House of Representatives on Wednesday adopted a project condemning President Donald Trump's decision to withdraw US troops from Syrian Kurdistan.

Democratic and Republican House members approved the resolution by 354 votes to 60.

"We are making it clear today that Congress is an equal branch of power and we do not want to have anything to do with these disastrous policies," said Elliot Engel, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, referring to the decision to withdraw from Syrian Kurdistan.

It is noteworthy that the resolution approved by the House of Representatives does not provide for any procedures or steps, and comes as an expression of the position of the House of Representatives only.
