ARK News: A member of the Executive Body of the Democratic Society Movement of (PYD) Aldar Khalil said that the 32 km depth of the security zone means that self-management will not remain in the "north and east of Syria," and the PYD administration has never been a threat to Turkey.

Khalil said in an interview with an agency of the PYD added: "Turkey is seeking to establish a safe area with a depth of 32 km and it cannot be accepted. If a safe area is at a depth of 32 km, the self-management of the (PYD) in North and East Turkey will not remain, Turkey does so deliberately in order to eliminate the management. We already have said that we do not mind a safe area for a distance of 5 kilometers.

Regarding the latest developments on the safe area in Syria, a special source revealed to ARK News that the United States of America has offered to Turkey constructing of the safe area at a depth of 7 - 14 km along the Turkish-Syrian border, but Turkey has announced its refusal to accept the American proposals and it did not reach an agreement on the safe area with America.
