Report: Syria is one of the most dangerous countries for journalists
ARK News… "Reporters Without Borders" reported that 1,668 journalists were killed while carrying out their work in 20 years, stressing that Syria and Iraq are at the top of the list of countries most dangerous for journalists.

In a statement issued on December 29, 2022, the Kurdish National Council condemned in the strongest terms the intimidating practices that affect members of the Council and activists for the purpose of silencing mouths and suppressing any political activity, and held PYD responsible for any harm affecting them, and demanded their release, and desisting from these actions that lead to more Immigration targets any effort to unite the Kurdish position, and increases the state of anxiety and congestion among the general population of the region who suffer from difficult security and living conditions.
The Kurdish National Council in Syria also appealed the human rights and humanitarian organizations, public opinion, and countries concerned with Syrian affairs to intervene to put an end to these violations.

Amouda Local Council holds its first meeting in the new year

خلال مشاركته في نشرة راديو ريباز الإخبارية قال السياسي الكوردي الدكتور فؤاد أونان بأن هدف تركيا من التقارب مع النظام السوري هو لإعادة هيمنتها على الطرق التجارية للطاقة في البحر المتوسط, لأنها أدركت بأن هناك خطر حقيقي يحدق بهيمنة الدولة التركية على الطرق التجارية للطاقة إلى أوربا, وخاصة بعد تحالف " إسرائيل , اليونان , مصر , فرنسا " ومحاولة إيجاد طرق بديلة لإيصال الطاقة إلى أوربا.
وأضاف أونان: بعد الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية, وقطع الغاز الروسي عن معظم دول الاتحاد الأوربي, بدأ الاتحاد الأوربي بالبحث عن مصادر بديلة للطاقة في الشرق الأوسط, ولأن تركيا عارضت موقف الاتحاد الأوربي بخصوص الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية, ولم تتخذ موقفا حازما من روسيا, يريد الاتحاد الأوربي ابعاد تركيا من المعادلة باكملها, لذلك تصر تركيا على التقارب مع النظام السوري لضمان وجود دور لها في عملية نقل الطاقة إلى أوربا.
وأضاف الدكتور فؤاد أونان: ومن أهداف تركيا أيضا من التقارب هو طمس وقمع القضية الكوردية في سوريا.

سليمان أوسو: مظلوم كوباني تراجع عن وثيقة الضمانات المقدمة لـENKS
آرك نيوز.. كشف سكرتير حزب يكيتي الكوردستاني-سوريا أن مظلوم كوباني تراجع عن وثيقة الضمانات المقدمة للمجلس الوطني الكوردي, والتي وقَّع عليها مع المبعوث الأمريكي.
خلال مشاركته في برنامج جفات الذي بث على شاشة قناة آرك، قال سليمان أوسو سكرتير حزب يكيتي الكوردستاني-سوريا، إن مظلوم كوباني قائد قوات سوريا الديمقراطية وقع مع المبعوث الأمريكي ديفيد براونشتاين وثيقة ضمانات قدماها للمجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا.
وأكد أوسو: "بعد اطلاعنا على بنود الوثيقة, وافقنا على استئناف المفاوضات بين المجلس الوطني الكوردي, وأحزاب الوحدة الوطنية الكوردية, بعد إعلان الوثيقة للرأي العام الكوردستاني".
وأضاف سكرتير حزب يكيتي الكوردستاني-سوريا، أن مظلوم كوباني تراجع عن وثيقة الضمانات التي وقعها, ورفض إعلانها للرأي العام الكوردستاني.
بنود وثيقة الضمانات التي وقع عليها مظلوم كوباني:
1ـ استئناف المفاوضات الكوردية من النقطة التي توقفت فيها.
2ـ التزام مظلوم كوباني وديفيد براونشتاين بمضون بيان هيئة الداخلية التابعة لـPYD, التي تم إعلانها في 17/12/2019, وبحسب البيان، فإن للمجلس الوطني الكوردي الحرية في فتح مكاتبه وممارسة نشاطاته من دون أخذ الترخيص من PYD.
3ـ التعهد بوضع حد للانتهاكات التي تحصل بحق أعضاء أحزاب وأنصار المجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا.
4ـ تحديد سقف زمني للانتهاء من المفاوضات .
5ـ يلتزم الطرفان بوقف الحرب الإعلامية .
6ـ الطرف الذي ينتهك بنود الوثيقة, سيتم الإعلان عن انتهاكه وتسببه بخلق العراقيل أمام سير المفاوضات، في الإعلام
