اختطف النظام الإيراني، السبت، طالبة كوردية جامعية من مواطني مدينة مهاباد في كوردستان إيران.
وقالت منظمة حقوق الإنسان (هنكاو): "اختطفت الطالبة مائدة آدمي مُكري يوم السبت 17 حزيران من أمام حديقة جامعة الفنون طهران من قبل قوات النظام الإيراني".
مضيفة، أنه وفق أحد طلبة جامعة الفنون طهران اختطف ما لا يقل عن عشرة طلاب آخرين.

9 مصابين بينهم أطفال جراء اندلاع الحرائق بشمال غربي سوريا
آرك نيوز.. أصيب 9 أشخاص بحالات اختناق، يوم السبت، من جراء اندلاع عدد من الحرائق في مناطق متفرقة في شمال غربي سوريا.
وقال الدفاع المدني السوري (الخوذ البيضاء) إن حصيلة الحرائق هذه تعتبر الأعلى خلال الموسم الحالي.
وأسفر حريق اندلع داخل منزل يوم أمس في بلدة أرمناز غربي إدلب عن إصابة 8 مدنيين بحالة اختناق وهم من عائلة واحدة بينهم 5 أطفال وامرأتان حيث أسعفتهم فرقه إلى المشفى.
كما اندلعت 3 حرائق أخرى في منازل المدنيين في قرية البردقلي وبلدة كللي بريف إدلب وفي قرية مرمى الحجر بريف حلب الشرقي وحريق في خيمة في مخيم الجب في قرية كفريحمول بريف إدلب.
كما اندلع 12 حريقاً بأراضٍ زراعية، بعضها محصودة وبعضها لم يُحصَد بعد، من بينها 6 حرائق اندلعت في أعشاب يابسة ومحاصيل علفية ومناطق حراجية، وحريقاً في مستودع للتبن في بلدة تل الكرامة شمالي إدلب وأدى إلى إصابة رجل بحالة اختناق ، وحريق أخير في مستودع للأدوية الزراعية في مدينة اعزاز شمالي حلب.

بحضور مسرور بارزاني.. انطلاق أعمال مؤتمر "كوردستان مهد التعايش السلمي" بأربيل
انطلقت اليوم الأحد 18 حزيران وبحضور رئيس حكومة إقليم كوردستان مسرور بارزاني، أعمال مؤتمر "كوردستان مهد التعايش السلمي" في أربيل عاصمة إقليم كوردستان.
وألقى رئيس حكومة إقليم كوردستان مسرور بارزاني خلال المؤتمر، كلمة بمناسبة اليوم الدولي لمكافحة خطاب الكراهية، أكد فيها أن "كوردستان على مر الزمان مركزا للتعايش السلمي، وقد احتضنت منطقتنا هذه، منذ آلاف السنين، تنوعاً من مختلف القوميات والديانات والمعتقدات، وأصبح التعايش وقبول الآخر جزءاً لا يتجزأ من ثقافتنا ونمط حياتنا"، لافتاً إلى أنه رغم ذلك "تعرضت هذه الواحة المسالمة لهجمات من جانب من يتبنون الأفكار المعادية، محاولين تقويض ثقافة التعايش في الإقليم، بل ومحاولة محو وإبادة القوميات والأديان داخل كوردستان".
وقال: "اليوم، لم يبق الكثير من الذين هاجمونا، بيد أننا بقينا. وهذا لم يحدث إلا بفضل الحفاظ على هذه الثقافة وفكر التعايش".
وشدد رئيس الحكومة، أن "هناك محاولات لانتهاك حقوقنا الدستورية، إلى جانب نشر خطاب الكراهية والعداء ضد إقليم كوردستان بطريقة مضللة، والادعاء بأن ازدهار إقليم كوردستان وتطويره يأتي على حساب أجزاء أخرى من العراق، إذ يريد هؤلاء بهذا الأسلوب إخفاء سوء إدارتهم وفسادهم وإهدارهم للثروة العامة"، مؤكداً أن "الالتزام بالدستور العراقي يمثل الضمانة الوحيدة للاستقرار وحماية حقوق جميع المكونات العراقية".

ريف حمص.. مقـ.ـتل وإصابة عدد من عناصر نظام الأسد بانفـ.ـجار عبوة ناسـ.ـفة
قتل وأصيب عدد من عناصر النظام السوري، الأحد، في انفجار عبوة ناسفة بمركبة كانت تقلهم في ريف حمص الشرقي.
وقالت صفحات مقربە من النظام إن ثلاثة عناصر قتلوا وأصيب 6 آخرون بجروح متفاوتة، "من جراء انفجار عبوة ناسفة بحافلة عسكرية قرب مفرق الجابرية على طريق المشرفة في الريف الشرقي".
ويوم الثلاثاء، قُتل ضابط برتبة عميد في قوات النظام السوري، إثر انفجار عبوة ناسفة زرعت أسفل سيارته في حي الشماس بمدينة حمص.

الدفاع المدني السوري ينفذ خطة للإنقاذ من الغرق في ميدانكي وعين الزرقاء
أعلن الدفاع المدني السوري، يوم السبت البدء بتنفيذ خطة شاملة للاستجابة لعمليات الإنقاذ المائي من خلال نشر نقاط رصد وإنقاذ دائمة في كل من بحيرة ميدانكي في عفرين بكوردستان سوریا وعين الزرقاء بريف إدلب الغربي خلال موسم الصيف.
وقال الدفاع المدني في بيان إن هذه المناطق خطرة جداً وتشهد في كل عام عشرات حالات الغرق، ولتأمين سلامة المدنيين والحد من حالات الغرق وتسريع الاستجابة لها أقامت فرق الإنقاذ المائي في الدفاع المدني نقاطاً متقدمة في كل من بحيرة ميدانكي بعفرین وعين الزرقاء بالقرب من نهر العاصي بريف إدلب.
وأشار إلى أنه قبل تنفيذ الخطة أجرت فرقه خلال شهر أيار تدريبات لرفع جاهزية فرق الإنقاذ المائي امتدت على مدار ثلاثة أيام، إضافة لعملية تقييم لجاهزية معدات الغطس ومراكب الإنقاذ وإجراء عمليات الصيانة اللازمة.
ولفت إلى أنه تم إعداد خطة شاملة لتوزع نقاط متقدمة للرصد والإنقاذ المائي مقسمة لعدة مراحل (بداية الموسم - ذروة الموسم - نهاية الموسم)، حيث سيتم الاعتماد في المرحلة الأولى على نقطتين للرصد والإنقاذ المائي الأولى على ضفاف بحيرة ميدانكي والثانية في منطقة دركوش وبدأت عملها بتاريخ 15 حزيران.
وأضاف أن هذه النقاط تتضمن وجود فرق غطس على مدار الـ24 ساعة مع كامل العتاد والأدوات اللازمة من قوارب ومعدات إنقاذ وأمن وسلامة، وفي المراحل التالية مع الوصول للذروة سيتم تعزيز هذه المواقع بنقاط وفرق إضافية حسب كثافة إقبال المدنيين.
وتهدف هذه النقاط وفقاً للدفاع المدني لحماية المدنيين من الغرق والسرعة بالاستجابة لأي نداء استغاثة، وهي بمنزلة مراكز جاهزة دائماً وتعمل على الرصد والاستطلاع على امتداد المسطح المائي، والاستجابة الفورية والمباشرة لأي حادثة قد تحصل.
وحذر الدفاع المدني السوري من السباحة في المسطحات المائية (نهري العاصي والفرات وبحيرة ميدانكي وعين الزرقاء والأنهار والسواقي في مدينة عفرين) كونها غير صالحة للسباحة، بسبب برودة المياه وانتشار الأعشاب بقيعانها ما يتسبب بحالات غرق فجأةً، بالإضافة إلى تفاوت أعماقهم بين منطقة وأخرى ووجود تيارات قوية قد تسبب تشنجات عضلية لدى السبّاح، لذلك تركز فرق الدفاع المدني السوري جهودها في فصل الصيف على إبعاد الخطر عن المدنيين الذين يقصدون تلك المناطق بغرض السباحة والاصطياف.

The Kurdistan Region submits two proposals to Baghdad on the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution
ARK News… The Kurdistan Regional Government submitted two proposals to the federal government on the implementation of Article 140 of the constitution and demanded that the issue of compensation be completed within two years.
The representative of the Kurdistan Regional Government in the Supreme Committee for the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution, Dijwar Fayeq, said: "We submitted two proposals. The first is to compensate the recruited Arabs with 20 million dinars, or a plot of land worth no less than 20 million dinars that they get in exchange for their return (to their areas)".
Regarding the second proposal, he said that it was related to "asking the Iraqi government to allocate the necessary funds and to complete the issue of compensation within two years," noting that the compensation clause in Article 140 has been pending for 18 years.
Article 140 of the constitution includes 3 steps to solve the problem of the disputed areas, which are normalization, a census, and a referendum in "Kirkuk and other disputed areas", to "determine the will of its citizens" within a maximum period of (December 31, 2007), although compensation for the deportees amounts to 10 million dinars, the Arabs brought in get twice that amount.
Dijwar Fayiq indicated that they demanded the Iraqi Ministries of Agriculture and Defense "to allow farmers to work on their lands, and for the Ministry of Defense to stop the measures it is taking (to seize lands) for two years until the problem is resolved, and the lands are returned to their real owners."
In this context, he asked: "The Ministry of Defense has been silent for 17 years. Why is it acting now?"
After its formation in October 2022, the new Iraqi government decided to reactivate the Supreme Committee for the Implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution, which is headed by Hadi al-Amiri, head of the Conquest Alliance.
According to statistics: 68 thousand and 148 families covered by Article 140 were compensated in the committee’s offices in the regions of Kirkuk, Khanaqin, and Sinjar, constituting 39.4% of the total compensation claims, while 15 thousand and 746 families of Arabs recruited in those areas were compensated, constituting 58.5% of the total. Earlier, a member of the Regions and Provinces Committee in the Iraqi Parliament, Sherwan Dobardani, said: There is a need for between 200 and 150 billion dinars from the 2023 budget, to pay compensation to our people in Mosul, Kirkuk, and Diyala.

نحو 141 سوريا كانوا على متن القارب الغارق قبالة سواحل اليونان
قالت وكالة فرانس برس إن 141 سوريا على الأقل كانوا على متن المركب الغارق قبالة سواحل اليونان، حسبما نقلت عن أقارب ضحايا وناشطين سوريين.
وقال ناشطون في "مكتب توثيق شهداء درعا" لوكالة فرانس برس السبت، إن 106 أشخاص كانوا على متن السفينة كانوا من جنوبي البلاد، ومعظمهم من محافظة درعا ، حيث قالوا إن "الوضع المعيشي والأمني.. لا يطاق إطلاقا".
وقال إياد وهو من مدينة جاسم في محافظة درعا جنوبي سوريا إن ابنه علي البالغ من العمر 19 عاما لا يزال في عداد المفقودين.
وأضاف إياد الذي يعمل في مدرسة ورفض ذكر اسمه، "لم تصلني أخبار عن ابني. لم أتحدث معه. لم أسمع صوته.. والدته لم تتوقف عن البكاء لمدة ثلاثة أيام".
وأوضح الرجل البالغ من العمر 47 عاما إنه سمع بتقريرين يونانيين - أحدهما يذكر ابنه بين الناجين والآخر بين القتلى.
وتابع إياد لوكالة فرانس برس عبر الهاتف يوم السبت "ما زلت آمل في ان يكون من بين الناجين.. نصلي إلى الله نهارا وليلا".
كان الشاب يبحث عن حياة أفضل في ليبيا على حد قول والده، وسافر هناك بالطائرة من دمشق.
وأضاف إياد "أخبرنا أنه يريد العمل في مطعم" وكان يخطط لإرسال أموال لمساعدة الأسرة.. لم نكن نعرف أنه يريد ركوب قارب لو علمنا لما سمحنا له بالذهاب"، وأضافوا أن 34 شخصا فقط نجوا حتى الآن.
وقال قريب أحد الضحايا لوكالة فرانس برس الجمعة، رافضا الكشف عن هويته لأسباب أمنية، إن فتى أعمى يبلغ من العمر 15 عاما وشقيقته 28 عاما من محافظة درعا كانا أيضا من بين المفقودين.
