Turkey carries out an air operation against P * K * K militants in the border areas of the Kurdistan Region

ARK News… Anti-Assad regime protests renewed in Suwayda, for the 13th day in a row, calling for the implementation of international resolutions related to the political transition in Syria and demanding the release of detainees from prisons.
A media source stated that dozens of delegations from the cities and towns of the governorate arrived at Al-Karama Square, to demand a state of freedom, democracy and justice, and to express categorical rejection of the continuation of the Assad regime, which destroyed and devastated the country.
He said that the demonstrators continued the campaign to remove images and slogans of the regime spread in the circles and party centers, to emphasize that the ruling family has become a thing of the past, while at the same time saluting the cities and towns that are witnessing a revolutionary movement against the regime.
In a related context, Al-Rased Network reported that the employees arrived, on Thursday, at the Palace of Justice, and suddenly everyone left their offices, so that the palace was closed again and citizens’ affairs were disrupted without any justifications, as the auditors were taken out a short while ago and the palace door was closed again.
It confirmed that the Public Prosecutor in Suwayda, Judge Fouad Salloum, continues to obstruct the work of the Judicial Palace in a strange way, and quoted lawyers saying that yesterday witnessed an absence of judges, while some employees affiliated with “Salloum” were telling auditors that the reason for their non-working hours was to prevent them from working. The protesters accepted, but the lawyers confirmed that there were no protesters at the door of the Palace of Justice.

شارك وفد من الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا اليوم 1 أيلول 2023 في المصالحة بين عائلتين في ريف مدينة قامشلو بكوردستان سوريا إثر حادث مروري.
وفد الحزب كان برئاسة محمد صالح شلال عضو اللجنة المركزية للديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا.
وقع حادث الثلاثاء المنصرم على طريق ديرك - تربسبيه بين سيارة، كان يستقلها مصطفى يوسف من قربة تل خنزير ودراجة نارية كان يستقلها حسين عساف من قرية معشوق الغمر (الثورة) توفي على إثرها حسين قبل وصوله إلى المشفى.
وكان وفد الحزب قد حضر مراسم الدفن في قرية معشوق التابعة لمدينة تربسبيه في ريف قامشلو.
عُقِد الصلح اليوم بين العائلتين بحضور وفد الحزب وجمع غفير بإشراف كل من عبد الكريم وسعيد باشا وجهاء عشيرة ميران من جهة والشيخ محمود شواخ البورسان ممثلاً عن ذوي الضحية من جهة ثانية.

Death misses the Kurdish plastic artist Samar Deri’ i
ARK News… The Kurdish plastic artist, Samar Der’ i, died on Thursday evening, August 31, 2023, in Germany, after a struggle with illness, at the age of 46.
Samar Deri’ i, born in 1977, comes from the city of Amuda in Syrian Kurdistan. She studied painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts in the Romanian capital, Bucharest, and obtained a master's degree in philosophy of art, and then a doctorate in philosophical art criticism.
Most of the countries of the Middle East witnessed the exhibitions of the late Kurdish plastic artist, and she was honored in several countries.

نواب في البرلمان الأوروبي يتضامنون مع المظاهرات: الشعب السوري يستحق السلام الدائم وحقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية
أعلن نواب في البرلمان الأوروبي تضامنهم مع الاحتجاجات في السويداء ودرعا وباقي المدن الخاضعة للنظام السوري، مؤكدين أن الشعب السوري يستحق السلام الدائم وحقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية.
قال بيان وقع عليه 21 نائباً من مختلف الأحزاب والدول الأوروبية، "كأعضاء في البرلمان الأوروبي، نتضامن مع الاحتجاجات السلمية في سوريا، ونؤكد على أهمية تنفيذ قرار الأمم المتحدة رقم 2254، الذي يدعو إلى وقف إطلاق النار والتسوية السياسية في سوريا، البلد الذي وضع الناس فيه حياتهم على المحك في سعيهم إلى الكرامة".
وأشار البيان إلى أنه يتعين على نظام الأسد أن ينتبه إلى دروس التاريخ، وأن يدرك أن استخدام العنف لا يمكن أن يكون حلاً لقمع رغبة الناس في الحرية، فالشعوب تصمد والأنظمة تتغير.
أردف البيان، "على الرغم من الجهود اليائسة التي يبذلها نظام الأسد للالتفاف على مطالب الشعب وإنهاء الاحتجاجات، إلا أن المتظاهرين ما زالوا مصرين على مطالبهم، ويتغذى حراكهم المدني من الهاوية الاقتصادية التي يعمقها الفساد المستشري وسوء الإدارة، والسجل المذهل من انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان"
وشدد البيان على أن الشعب السوري انتظر طويلاً بما فيه الكفاية، وحان الوقت لكي يقدم الاتحاد الأوروبي دعمه الكامل لانتقال سوريا إلى السلام والديمقراطية والكرامة. مؤكداً أهمية دعم المرأة ومشاركتها الفعالة في الحركة السياسية بسوريا.

منظمة العفو الدولية تطالب النظام السوري بوضع حد فوري للإخفاء القسري
طالبت "منظمة العفو الدولية"، في بيان لها بالتوازي مع "اليوم العالمي لضحايا الاختفاء القسري"، النظام السوري، بوضع حد "فوري" لعمليات الإخفاء القسري والاعتقال التعسفي، وأعمال التعذيب، وعمليات الإعدام خارج نطاق القضاء.
وشددت المنظمة على ضرورة أن يقوم النظام بإبلاغ الأسر عن مصير جميع المحتجزين لديها وأماكن وجودهم ووضعهم القانوني، وأكدت على ضرورة تسهيل السبل أمام لم شمل الأسر السورية، بما في ذلك إطلاع العائلات على إحداثيات مواقع المقابر الجماعية، وتسليمها رفاة أبنائها للتمكن من دفنهم بصورة لائقة.
وطالبت بضرورة منح المراقبين الدوليين المستقلين، مثل لجنة التحقيق الدولية المستقلة بشأن سوريا، التي تلقت تكليفاً من الأمم المتحدة، سبل الاتصال بجميع الأشخاص المحرومين من حريتهم، والسماح لهم بالتحقيق في الظروف داخل جميع منشآت الاحتجاز.

التحالف الدولي: الاشتـ.ـباكات العنـ.ـيفة في شمال شرق سوريا " يجب أن تتوقف "
قال التحالف الذي تقوده الولايات المتحدة في سوريا في بيان، الجمعة، إن الاشتباكات العنيفة بين قوات سوريا الديمقراطية ، ومجلس دير الزور العسكري ومسلحين من العشائر العربية في شمال شرق سوريا "يجب أن تتوقف".
وأضافت قوة المهام المشتركة-عملية العزم الصلب، وهي التحالف العالمي لهزيمة ما تبقى من خلافة داعش في العراق وسوريا في البيان: "ما زلنا نركز على العمل لضمان الهزيمة الدائمة لتنظيم (داعش)، دعما للأمن والاستقرار الإقليميين".
وأكد البيان أن "الانحرافات عن هذا العمل الحاسم تخلق عدم استقرار، وتزيد من خطر عودة ظهور داعش".
