From Astana's outputs 14: "A rejection of any autonomy in Syria."

ARK News: The guarantor states stressed in the closing statement of the 14 round of the Astana talks on Syria, the rejection of initiatives to impose any self-rule under the pretext of fighting terrorism.
RT reported, quoting participants in Astana 14, on the evening of Wednesday, December 11, 2019, "The importance of preserving the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Syria and the necessity of the work of the Constitutional Committee without any external interference was emphasized."
Russia, Turkey, and Iran (the guarantor countries) have said that they "reject attempts to create a new reality" as they put it in the statement.
