ARK News: The Democratic Union Party honors the Maghmors and the Sallomis in Derik who do not participate in its battles, especially the battles outside the Kurdistan region of Syria.

A special source from Derik told to Ark News that "when Asayish takes part in any battle or sends support patrols to the fighting areas, its members do not send out the Arab Maghmors and Sallomis in Derik."

According to the same source, "a large number of Maghmors and Sallomis joined among the ranks of Asayish in Derik, and most of them at the Derik and its rural checkpoints, and who are not sent to battles."

According to the declared statistics, a large number of Kurds were killed within the ranks of Asayish in the course of their participation in battles outside the Kurdistan region of Syria, in contrast, the members of the Maghmors and Sallomis receive their salaries and are not sent to those battles.

It is noteworthy that the villages of Zihairia and Ahmadiya, were one of the early villages of the project of demographic change in the Kurdish region, and were built in the countryside of Derik in the era of the union between Syria and Egypt, and their population were from Swaida, Daraa, Idlib, and Hama, and now they are known in Derik as the "Sallomis" and Al-Ghamr( Maghmors) villages, which have been built within the framework of the notorious Arab Belt Project and are 43 villages. These villages are known to the Kurds as settlements. These villages are still full. Today, their villages are a full day and commercial activities, and many young men belong to Asayish and other civil and military institutions.
