ARK News: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Tuesday that Turkey's patience is running out from the United States over the establishment of an alleged safe zone in Syrian Kurdistan, hinting that Turkish military intervention may be imminent.

"Today we have no choice but to go along the path we have chosen," Erdogan said in a televised speech, adding that we have tried everything and patient so much ... we can no longer waste any moment.

Erdogan also said in a speech during the opening of Turkey's new legislative year: We are committed to cooperating with the United States to create a safe zone, but we will make our own way if this cooperation is not possible and as a result, we have already begun.

He added that Turkey aims to house two million Syrians in the safe area to be formed at a depth of 30 km in northeastern Syria.

He stressed that his country supports the Syrian territorial integrity and the political and administrative unity of its people, and said: The only reason for our presence in Syria is the threats against our borders and turning them into a barrier that prevents the return of Syrians in our country.
