الذكرى السنوية الـ10 لمجزرة حريق مستوصف ميسلون الصحي بقامشلو
يصادف اليوم السبت 31 أيار 2025، الذكرى السنوية العاشرة لمجزرة حريق مستوصف ميسلون الصحي، التي وقعت شرقي مدينة قامشلو بكوردستان سوريا.
نشب صبيحة يوم الأحد المصادف 31 أيار 2015، حريق كبير في مستوصف ميسلون الصحي، شرقي مدينة قامشلو، وتسبب بمجزرة ومحرقة جماعية راح ضحيتها أكثر من 30 شهيداً وعشرات الجرحى، جلّهم أطفالٌ ونساء ومعهم الطاقم الطبي للمركز.
بحسب شهود عيان آنذاك، "في الوقت الذي هرع أهالي الحي إلى مكان الحريق، ولم يقفوا مكتوفي الأيدي أمام الحريق والتهامه للأطفال والنساء بالرغم من ضراوته المفزعة، أدى الحريق الذي لا تزال تفاصيل إشعاله غامضة إلى إغلاق جميع المنافذ والأبواب أمام المتواجدين في داخل المستوصف من كوادر ومراجعين، و أحتجز الجميع في الداخل .
وأكد شهود عيان، أن السبب المباشر هو "اشتعال النار في خزان المازوت الذي كان موجوداً في الممر الداخلي القريب من الباب الرئيسي، مرجحين فرضية اشتعاله من الغاز الموجود في إحدى الغرف، والذي كان يستعمل لإعداد الشاي ساعة الحادثة".

ويطالب أهالي ضحايا المجزرة والحركة الكوردية بإجراء تحقيق جدي وشفاف لكشف تفاصيل الحادثة، ما إن كانت جريمة مفتعلة أو غير ذلك لمحاسبة المقصرين، وحملوا إدارة PYD المسؤولية عن كشف الحقائق، فيما عزفت سلطات النظام السوري في مدينة قامشلو عن إجراء أية تحقيقات، واكتفت بتسليم عوائل الضحايا ضبطاً يذكر فيه إن الحادثة هي "قضاء وقدر".
وبعد مرور عشرة أعوام لاتزال تفاصيل الجريمة المروعة غامضة ولم تجري أي تحقيقات جدية حتى الآن.

Saudi Foreign Minister Visits Damascus at the Head of High-Level Economic Delegation
ARK News.. Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan arrived in Damascus today, leading a high-level economic delegation on an official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and supporting Syria’s economic recovery.
According to Saudi media outlets, the visit is part of the Kingdom’s broader initiative to promote stability in Syria, revive economic life, boost investment, and expand trade between the two countries. These efforts are intended to create job opportunities for Syrians within their homeland and help ensure long-term livelihood sustainability.
In earlier remarks, Minister bin Farhan affirmed that Saudi Arabia is determined to be at the forefront of supporting Syria’s economic renaissance. He welcomed U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to lift sanctions on Syria, describing it as a significant step toward rebuilding the country.
The visit is expected to include high-level meetings with Syrian officials and discussions on prospective cooperation in infrastructure, energy, industrial investment, and agriculture—within the framework of shifting regional dynamics that seek to normalize relations and open new avenues for Arab cooperation.

أحمد الشرع يزور الكويت يوم غد الأحد
من المقرر أن يزور الرئيس السوري أحمد الشرع دولة الكويت يوم غد الأحد 1 حزيران 2025، للقاء أمير الدولة الشيخ مشعل الأحمد الجابر الصباح.
بحسب ما أكدته وكالة الأنباء الكويتية (كونا)، أن الرئيس السوري أحمد الشرع سيصل إلى الكويت برفقة وفد مرافق، وسيُجري مباحثات رسمية مع أمير الكويت الشيخ مشعل الأحمد الجابر الصباح، تتناول مختلف الجوانب وآخر تطورات الأوضاع في سوريا.
جدّد وزير الخارجية الكويتي، عبد الله اليحيا، قبل عدة أيام تأكيد بلاده دعم كل ما من شأنه تعزيز الأمن والاستقرار في سوريا، مشدداً على ضرورة احترام سيادتها ووحدة أراضيها.

Mohammed Ismail: Kurdish National Council Ready to Negotiate with Damascus
ARK News.. The head of the Kurdish National Council (KNC), Mohammed Ismail, confirmed the Council’s readiness to engage in negotiations with Damascus in the coming phase, particularly regarding the formation of a joint Kurdish delegation to discuss the legitimate rights of the Kurdish people in Syria.
The statement came during a public seminar held on Friday evening, May 30, 2025, organized by the KNC’s local council in the Chil Agha and Alyan areas (Martyr Nasiruddin Barhik Local Council). The seminar was titled “The Latest Political Developments on the Syrian and Kurdish Fronts” and was led by Ismail himself.
In his address, Ismail highlighted the current political landscape and its developments at both the regional and international levels, emphasizing their impact on the overall Syrian situation and the Kurdish cause in particular.
He also discussed the interests of global and regional powers in the region and how these dynamics may shape Syria’s future and influence the rights of the Kurdish population.
Ismail reaffirmed the Kurdish National Council’s position on recent developments, underscoring its willingness to engage constructively with the transitional phase—especially in relation to forming a unified Kurdish delegation tasked with negotiating with the new leadership in Damascus over the Kurdish people's legitimate rights.

وزير خارجية السعودية يزور دمشق
أعلنت وسائل إعلام سعودية أن وزير الخارجية السعودي فيصل بن فرحان، سيزور دمشق اليوم السبت 31 أيار 2025، على رأس وفد اقتصادي رفيع المستوى.
وحسب المصادر السعودية، أن الزيارة تأتي في إطار دعم المملكة لاستقرار سوريا، وعودة الحياة الاقتصادية، وتنمية الاستثمارات، وزيادة حجم التبادل التجاري بين البلدين، بما يوفّر فرصاً للشعب السوري على أرضه ويضمن استدامة المعيشة.
وأكد وزير الخارجية السعودي في وقت سابق أن المملكة العربية السعودية ستكون سبّاقة في دعم النهضة الاقتصادية في سوريا، مرحّباً بقرار الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترمب رفع العقوبات عن سوريا، ومثمّناً هذه الخطوة الهامة في سبيل إعادة بناء البلاد.

محمد إسماعيل يسلط الضوء على المشهد السياسي الراهن وتأثيره على القضية الكوردية في سوريا
أكد رئيس المجلس الوطني الكوردي استعداد المجلس الوطني الكوردي التفاوض في المرحلة المقبلة، مع دمشق ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بتشكيل الوفد الكوردي المشترك للتفاوض على الحقوق المشروعة للشعب الكوردي في سوريا.
بدعوة من مجلس محلية جل آغا وآليان (محلية الشهيد نصرالدين برهك) للمجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا، أقيمت مساء يوم الجمعة 30 أيار 2025 ندوة جماهيرية في مقر المجلس المحلي تحت عنوان: "آخر التطورات والمستجدات السياسية على الساحة السورية والكردية"، وأدارها محمد إسماعيل، رئيس المجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا.
خلال الندوة سلط محمد إسماعيل الضوء على المشهد السياسي الراهن، وتطوراته على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي، مشيرًا إلى تأثير هذه التطورات على الوضع السوري عموما، وعلى القضية الكوردية خصوصا.
كما تناول في حديثه مصالح القوى الدولية والإقليمية في المنطقة، وانعكاساتها على مستقبل سوريا وحقوق الشعب الكوردي.
وتطرّق إلى موقف المجلس الوطني الكوردي من مجمل التطورات، مؤكّدا استعداد المجلس للتعاطي مع المرحلة المقبلة، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بتشكيل الوفد الكوردي المشترك المعني بالتفاوض مع السلطة الجديدة في دمشق، بشأن الحقوق المشروعة للشعب الكوردي في سوريا.

Japan Lifts Sanctions on Four Syrian Banks
ARK News.. As part of its support for efforts to promote peace and stability in Syria, the Japanese government has announced the lifting of sanctions on four Syrian banks, while maintaining existing sanctions on 59 individuals and 31 entities.
Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Tokyo has decided to unfreeze the assets of four Syrian financial institutions: the Industrial Bank, the Popular Credit Bank, the Savings Bank, and the Agricultural Cooperative Bank.
Japanese Prime Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi announced that the decision was made “to support Syria’s positive efforts and to help improve the living conditions of the Syrian people.”
Hayashi added that “in light of recent developments, Japan’s sanctions remain in effect against 59 individuals and 31 entities.”

UN and Lebanon Discuss Border Issues and Return of Syrian Refugees
ARK News.. The United Nations Special Envoy for Syria held talks with the Lebanese president to discuss the shared border with Syria and the return of Syrian refugees, following the recent lifting of U.S. sanctions on Damascus.
In a meeting between Lebanese President Joseph Aoun, UN Special Envoy for Syria Geir Pedersen, and UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, the parties reviewed the situation in both Lebanon and Syria in light of recent regional and international developments. Pedersen also provided a briefing on the latest developments in Syria and the UN’s role in the country.
The discussions included the situation along the Lebanese-Syrian border, with President Aoun affirming that the border remains calm and that recent incidents have been resolved.
According to a statement from the Lebanese presidency, the issue of Syrian refugees remains “a top priority” for Lebanon, and the Lebanese government has “engaged in discussions with the Syrian leadership” on the matter. The statement added that the lifting of sanctions on Syria “opens the door for refugee returns, especially amid signs of economic improvement in the country.”

U.S. Urges Erbil and Baghdad to Resolve Salary Dispute
ARK News.. The U.S. State Department has called on both Erbil and Baghdad to resolve the ongoing salary dispute, emphasizing that a “swift resolution” would send a strong signal that Iraq is prioritizing the interests of its people.
Commenting on the Iraqi Ministry of Finance’s recent announcement that it is unable to fund the Kurdistan Region, the State Department said, “We urge both Baghdad and Erbil to honor their constitutional obligations and resolve their differences through constructive dialogue.”
The statement added that “a prompt resolution to the salary issue would demonstrate that Iraq places the interests of its citizens first and would foster an environment conducive to investment.”
The U.S. also noted that such a resolution would be “a positive signal regarding the potential reopening of the Iraq–Turkey oil pipeline.”
The State Department further reaffirmed that U.S. support for the Kurdistan Region remains “a central pillar” of its broader relationship with Iraq.

إسرائيل تؤكد عدم وجود نية لديها في التدخل بشؤون سوريا
أفاد مصدر إعلامي أن إسرائيل ليس لديها النية في التدخل بشؤون سوريا الداخلية، مشيرا إلى أن تل أبيب تراقب الحدود السورية مع لبنان والعراق.
نقلت قناة "العربية"، عن مصدر إسرائيلي، إنه لا نية لدى إسرائيل للتدخل في شؤون سوريا الداخلية، أو السعي لدعم أي جهة ضد أخرى في سوريا والتدخل للقتال إلى جانبها.
وحسب المصدر أن إسرائيل تولي اهتماماً للدروز في المنطقة التي تسيطر عليها، وأن عدم استقرار الوضع في سوريا، دفع إسرائيل لاتخاذ قرار بالبقاء في المناطق التي وصلت إليها وتمركزت بها.
وفق المصدر أن جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي سينسحب من سوريا بعد استقرار الأوضاع فيها.
