التيليغراف تكشف عن استهداف إسرائيل لأهداف حساسة غير عسكرية في إيران
مع استمرار حرب إسرائيل على إيران لليوم الرابع، عمّت الفوضى والشائعات العاصمة الإيرانية طهران، واتضح أن أهداف إسرائيل ليست عسكرية فحسب، فقد اتخذت عمليتها بُعداً أوسع نطاقاً، إذ لم تستهدف فقط الأسس الاقتصادية للدولة، بل نفسية شعبها أيضاً.
وفق تقرير لصحيفة "التيليغراف" البريطانية، أن القاذورات تدفقت في الشوارع نتيجة لتشقق غامض في شبكة الصرف الصحي، وانفجرت السيارات بشكل متتابع وسريع وسط صراخ المارة المذعورين، كما فرّ السكان واصطف آخرون أمام محطات الوقود، استعداداً للانضمام إلى النزوح الجماعي، وهذا كله بحسب التقرير، هدف آخر لإسرائيل من الحرب.
وحسب الصحيفة البريطانية، انفجرت أنابيب الصرف الصحي وغرقت شوارع طهران بالمياه الملوّثة، ثم غرقت دولة تملك سدس غاز العالم و10% من نفطه في الظلام بظل أزمة طاقة كارثية، وهو ما يؤكد أن أهداف إسرائيل تجاوزت المنشآت النووية وقواعد الصواريخ الإيرانية.
ويوم أمس الأحد، اشتعلت النيران في حقل غاز جنوب فارس ومصفاة نفط قريبة في محافظة بوشهر الجنوبية، وانفجرت عشرات صهاريج التخزين في مستودع الوقود الرئيس بطهران واحدا تلو الآخر، مما أدى إلى اشتعال النيران في التلال المحيطة.
وأكدت الصحيفة أن إسرائيل تأمل في حرمان إيران من الوقود الذي تحتاجه لدعم العمليات العسكرية، لكن ربما الأهم من ذلك كله، أن تل أبيب قد استنتجت أن أفضل فرصة لها لتفكيك البرنامج النووي الإيراني لا تكمن في قصف منشآت التخصيب المدفونة في الأعماق، بل في زعزعة استقرار النظام الذي بناها.
وتقول "التيليغراف" إن "البلاد تغلي غضباً، فقد أدى تقنين الكهرباء إلى إغلاق المصانع، وترك العمال دون رواتب، ومنع الخبازين من صنع الخبز، والطلاب من أداء الامتحانات، والمزارعين من ري محاصيلهم".
يُلقي الكثيرون باللوم على النظام والحرس الثوري الإيراني، الذين لا يحمونهم فحسب، بل يسيطرون أيضاً على جزء كبير من توليد وتوزيع الطاقة في إيران.
وأثارت التقارير التي تفيد بتحويل الكهرباء إلى عمليات تعدين بيتكوين المُستنزفة للطاقة والمرتبطة بالحرس الثوري، هتافاً شعبياً في المدن الإيرانية: "العملات المشفرة للحرس.. انقطاع الكهرباء للشعب".

بسام الحسن: أوستن تايس قتل عام 2013 بأمر من بشار الأسد
كشف مسؤول أمني سوري كبير سابق تفاصيل جديدة عن مصير الصحفي الأمريكي أوستن تايس، وذلك في الوقت الذي لا تزال عائلة الصحفي الأميركي أوستن تايس تبحث عنه منذ اختفائه قرب دمشق عام 2012.
وفق ما نقلت صحيفة "واشنطن بوست"، قال بسام الحسن، أحد المقربين من الرئيس السوري المخلوع بشار الأسد، ومستشاره للشؤون الاستراتيجية لمكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالي إن الصحفي الأميركي قُتل عام 2013 بناء على أوامر الأسد، في رواية لم تؤكدها الولايات المتحدة، لكنها تمثل المرة الأولى التي يتحدث فيها مسؤول كبير في نظام الأسد إلى مسؤولين أميركيين حول مصير تايس.
كما أوضح الحسن خلال تحقيقات أجراها معه مكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالي (الأف بي آي) ووكالة المخابرات المركزية (CIA) في بيروت على مدار عدة أيام في أيار الماضي، بحضور مسؤولين لبنانيين أن الأسد أمره بقتل تايس، فيما حاول ثنيه دون جدوى ذلك، وفقًا لمسؤولين أميركيين وشخص آخر مطلع على القضية.
وأشار المقرب من بشار الأسد إلى أن تايس قتل على يد مرؤوس له، عام 2013، وفقًا للمسؤولين الأميركيين.
كما أضافوا أن الأمر صدر في وقت ما بعد هروب تايس لفترة وجيزة من زنزانته في السجن.
إلى ذلك، قال الحسن إنه نصح الأسد بعدم قتل الصحفي الأميركي، مشيراً إلى إمكانية استخدامه كوسيلة ضغط على الولايات المتحدة، ومؤكدا أنه أكثر قيمة حياً منه ميتاً.
في حين قال مصدر ثانٍ مطلع على الأمر إنه من المشكوك فيه ما إذا كان الحسن قد حاول بالفعل ردع الأسد. ورأى أنه من المرجح أنه كان يحاول "التنصل من مسؤوليته"، مضيفًا في الوقت عينه أن الجزء من روايته حول أمر الأسد بقتل تايس يبدو "موثوقًا".
في المقابل، لم يُعلّق مكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالي (FBI) على الأمر، مُشيرًا إلى استمرار التحقيق، وقال إنه "مُصرّ على تحديد مكان الرهائن وإعادتهم إلى ديارهم أو رفاتهم إلى عائلاتهم". فيما رفضت وكالة المخابرات المركزية التعليق.
كان تايس نقيبًا سابقًا في مشاة البحرية وصحفيًا مستقلًا لصحيفة واشنطن بوست خلال السنوات الأولى من الحرب الأهلية السورية اختفى في أغسطس 2012 بالقرب من دمشق، حين كان يبلغ من العمر آنذاك ٣١ عامًا.

Emergency and Disaster Ministry Urges Syrians to Avoid Unidentified Objects
ARK News.. Syria’s Minister of Emergency and Disasters, Raed al-Saleh, has urged citizens to avoid approaching unidentified objects or debris resulting from the ongoing military escalation between Iran and Israel.
In remarks published by the state news agency SANA, al-Saleh called on civilians to stay away from rooftops or public gatherings during strikes, stressing the importance of public safety.
He warned against touching or moving any foreign object that may have fallen from the sky, emphasizing that only engineering teams or war remnants disposal units should handle such items. Citizens are urged to report any suspicious debris immediately.
Unidentified objects reportedly fell in several Syrian areas amid the intensifying conflict between Tehran and Tel Aviv.

ARK News.. The Kurdistan Women’s Union–Syria has extended warm congratulations to the Kurdistan Democratic Party–Syria (PDK-S) on the occasion of the party’s 68th founding anniversary.
In its official message, the Union praised the party’s enduring legacy, its founding leaders, and their sacrifices for the legitimate rights of the Kurdish people in Syria.
“We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the leadership and members of the party, especially the early pioneers who devoted themselves to the just political struggle for Kurdish rights in Syria,” the statement read.
The message also paid tribute to President Masoud Barzani, referring to him as the bearer of the Kurdish national project, and saluted all those who have contributed sincerely to the Kurdish cause.

In an interview with Al-Modon newspaper on Sunday, Mitri revealed that he is currently preparing a comprehensive return plan, including a brief document outlining the key principles and framework for enabling the return of the largest possible number of refugees. The proposal is expected to be presented at the Cabinet session on Monday.
Mitri stressed that cooperation with Syrian authorities and international organizations—particularly UNHCR and the International Organization for Migration—is essential. He noted that both agencies have already developed an implementation plan, which has been adopted by the ministerial committee on refugee return, aiming to offer incentives for Syrians who have expressed readiness to return home.

Mass Grave Discovered in Northern Homs Countryside
ARK News.. Syrian media sources have reported the discovery of a mass grave in the northern countryside of Homs, containing the remains of victims of a massacre allegedly committed by the former regime’s forces during the early years of the Syrian uprising.
According to Syrian TV, the grave was uncovered in the village of Khirbet al-Souda, northwest of Homs city. It contains the remains of 11 individuals from the village who were reportedly killed by the ousted regime’s forces in 2013.
Mustafa Ahmad, the internal security chief in the Talbisa region, stated that security forces received a tip several days ago about the grave's location. The victims include multiple children, their father, and relatives.
Ahmad confirmed that one suspect has been arrested in connection with the massacre and emphasized that ongoing investigations aim to bring all perpetrators to justice.

Pedersen Welcomes Formation of Syria’s Higher Committee for People's Assembly Elections

The UN Special Envoy for Syria, Geir Pedersen, welcomed the presidential decree issued by Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa, which provides for the formation of a Higher Committee for the Elections of the People’s Assembly.
In a statement shared via his official account on X on Sunday, June 15, 2025, Pedersen expressed his anticipation to engage with Syrians from across society to hear their views on the recent developments and broader aspirations regarding the political process in the country.
Pedersen reiterated his readiness to continue cooperating with the Syrian authorities and the newly formed Higher Election Committee, describing the move as a significant part of Syria’s political track.
The presidential decree, Decree No. 66 of 2025, appoints Mohammad Taha Al-Ahmad as the head of the new committee.
The committee has been tasked with overseeing the formation of sub-electoral bodies, which will in turn supervise the election of two-thirds of the members of the People's Assembly.
According to the decree, the People's Assembly will consist of 150 members, distributed among provinces based on population, and categorized into “dignitaries” and “intellectuals”, in accordance with criteria set by the Higher Election Committee.

Erbil International Airport Cancels Over 200 Flights Due to Iran-Israel War
ARK News.. The director of Erbil International Airport, Ahmed Hoshyar, announced on Sunday that 220 flights have been canceled since the outbreak of the war between Iran and Israel, due to the closure of Iraqi airspace.
Hoshyar stated that there is still no set date for the resumption of air traffic in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
He noted that Iraq is incurring daily losses of around $270,000 due to the suspension of air operations.
The airport official stressed that resuming flights will depend on the removal of security threats from Iraqi airspace.

افادت مصادر إعلامية سورية، أن إدارة الأمن الداخلي عثرت على مقبرة جماعية في ريف حمص الشمالي، تضم رفات ضحايا مجزرة ارتكبتها قوات النظام المخلوع في السنوات الأولى من الثورة السورية.
وفق تلفزيون سوريا أن المقبرة عُثر عليها في قرية خربة السودا شمال غربي مدينة حمص، وأنها تضم رفات 11 شخصاً من أبناء البلدة، قُتلوا على يد قوات النظام المخلوع عام 2013.
ومن جانبه، أوضح المسؤول الأمني في منطقة تلبيسة، مصطفى أحمد، أن قوى الأمن تلقت قبل أيام بلاغاً بوجود مقبرة جماعية في خربة السودا، تضم رفات 11 شخصاً، بينهم عدة أطفال ووالدهم وأقاربهم.
وأكد أحمد إلقاء القبض على أحد المتورطين في ارتكاب المجزرة، مشدداً على أن السلطات الأمنية تواصل التحقيقات لملاحقة جميع المتورطين وتقديمهم إلى القضاء.
