خلال اللقاء، تم تسليط الضوء على التطورات والتحديات التي تشهدها المنطقة عموماً، كما جرى تبادل وجهات النظر بشأن الأوضاع السياسية في العراق والعلاقات بين حكومة إقليم كوردستان والحكومة الاتحادية العراقية.

الديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا يستقبل وفدا من حزب الوفاق
أكد الدیمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا، وحزب الوفاق على أهمية استمرار الحوار والتعاون المشترك بين الأحزاب الكوردية، بهدف تعزيز المواقف الكوردية الموحدة على الساحة السورية.
استقبل، اليوم الثلاثاء 29 تموز 2025، الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا وفدا من حزب الوفاق، برئاسة فوزي شنكالي سكرتير حزب الوفاق، واستقبل من قبل محمد إسماعيل سكرتير الحزب الديمقراطي الكورستاني-سوريا، في إطار جهود تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية وتبادل الآراء بين الأحزاب السياسية الكوردية في سوريا.
ناقش الطرفان خلال اللقاء مستجدات الوضع السياسي الكوردي في سوريا، بالإضافة إلى الأوضاع السياسية العامة في المنطقة.
وأكد الجانبان على أهمية استمرار الحوار والتعاون المشترك بين الأحزاب الكوردية، بهدف تعزيز المواقف الكوردية الموحدة على الساحة السورية.
كما شددا على ضرورة التوصل إلى رؤية استراتيجية مشتركة تضمن الحقوق السياسية والثقافية للشعب الكوردي في إطار حل شامل ومستدام للأزمة السورية.
وجدد الطرفان التزامهما بالعمل المشترك لتحقيق هذه الأهداف التي تصب في مصلحة الشعب الكوردي وتسهم في تعزيز الاستقرار في المنطقة.

أمريكا تحث الأمن الدولي على تعديل عقوباته على سوريا
حثّت الولايات المتحدة مجلس الأمن الدولي على تعديل عقوباته على سوريا، في خطوة قالت القائمة بأعمال المندوب الأمريكي لدى الأمم المتحدة إنها ستساعد في الانتصار "بالحرب على الإرهاب".
قالت دوروثي شيا، القائمة بأعمال المندوب الأمريكي لدى الأمم المتحدة إن الولايات المتحدة تعمل مع أعضاء مجلس الأمن لمراجعة العقوبات المتعلقة بسوريا.
وأضافت دوروثي شيا في اجتماع لمجلس الأمن حول سوريا "تعهدت الحكومة السورية بشكل واضح بمحاربة تنظيمي القاعدة والدولة الإسلامية، وكلا التنظيمين واضحان تماما في معارضتهما للحكومة الجديدة ويهددان بتدميرها. ينبغي لأعضاء المجلس عدم الاستهانة بهذه التهديدات".
وتابعت القائمة بأعمال المندوب الأمريكي لدى الأمم المتحدة، أن "المجلس يستطيع -ويجب عليه- تعديل عقوباته حتى تتمكن الحكومة السورية من الانتصار في الحرب على الإرهاب، مع إبقاء الجهات الفاعلة الأكثر خطورة والتي لم تغير نهجها على قوائم (العقوبات).

First Voluntary Repatriation Convoy from Lebanon to Syria Begins
ARK News.. The first convoy of voluntary Syrian refugee returnees from Lebanon to Syria has been launched today, as part of a coordinated repatriation program supported by the UN.
According to Céline Schmitt, spokesperson for the UNHCR in Syria, a total of 72 Syrian refugees are returning voluntarily from Lebanon. The effort is being carried out in coordination with the UNHCR in Lebanon and Syria’s General Directorate of Border and Maritime Crossings.
Schmitt noted that some of the families are returning to areas in Homs, while others are heading to parts of Rural Damascus, including Qatana, Zabadani, Babbela, Nashabiye, and Darayya.
The UNHCR in Syria is assisting returnees by providing transportation for them and their belongings, as well as support to help them reintegrate into their communities.
Schmitt added that returnees will be connected to UNHCR-supported community centers, where they will have access to essential services, including legal assistance to obtain civil documents, psychosocial support, livelihood opportunities, and other protection-related services.

تسيير أول قافلة عودة طوعية من لبنان إلى سوريا
أعلنت المتحدثة باسم مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين في سوريا، أن إجمالي عدد اللاجئين السوريين العائدين من لبنان طوعاً يبلغ 72 لاجئاً.
وفق وكالة سانا للأنباء قالت سيلين شميت، أنه بالتنسيق مع مفوضية شؤون اللاجئين في لبنان والهيئة العامة للمنافذ البرية والبحرية في سوريا، نقوم اليوم بتسيير أول قافلة عودة طوعية من لبنان إلى سوريا، وذلك في إطار برنامج العودة الطوعية المنظمة.
وأضافت سيلين شميت، يبلغ إجمالي عدد اللاجئين السوريين العائدين طوعاً 72 لاجئاً، وتتجه بعض العائلات إلى مناطق في حمص، فيما تعود عائلات أخرى إلى مناطق في ريف دمشق تشمل: قطنا، الزبداني، ببيلا، النشابية، وداريا.
وأوضحت المتحدثة باسم مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين في سوريا، تقوم مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين في سوريا بدعم هذه العائلات من خلال توفير وسائل النقل لهم ولأمتعتهم، ومساعدتهم في تلبية احتياجاتهم لإعادة اندماجهم في مجتمعاتهم.
وأشارت إلى أنه سيتم ربط العائدين بمراكز مجتمعية تدعمها المفوضية، حيث يمكنهم الوصول إلى خدمات أساسية مثل المساعدة القانونية للحصول على الوثائق المدنية، والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي، وفرص سبل العيش، وخدمات الحماية الأخرى.

12th Anniversary of the Til Hasel and Til Aran Massacre
ARK News.. On Monday, July 28, 2025, marked the 12th anniversary of the massacre in the predominantly Kurdish towns of Til Hasel and Til Aran, located in eastern Aleppo countryside.
Details of the Massacre
On July 27, 2013, allied militant groups including ISIS, Jabhat al-Nusra, and others launched a coordinated military offensive on the towns of Til Hasel and Til Aran.
The assault, which lasted four days (July 27–30), included heavy shelling and combat operations, leaving over 50 civilians dead, along with 16 fighters from the Kurdish Front (Jabhat al-Akrad). In addition, approximately 350 people were detained, the fate of most of whom remains unknown to this day.
The attacks triggered a mass displacement of residents under harsh and tragic humanitarian conditions. Many fled to surrounding Kurdish villages, while others sought refuge in agricultural lands or made their way toward Kobani and Aleppo, according to human rights sources.

Kurdistan Region Representative of the Kurdish National Council Visits Council’s Damascus Office
ARK News.. Asmahan Dawood, the Head of the Kurdistan Region Representation of the Kurdish National Council (KNC) in Syria, paid a visit to the newly established Damascus office of the KNC to offer her congratulations on its opening and the formation of the KNC’s Local Branch in the Syrian capital.
Dawood was received by Mahabad Suleiman, Luqman Oso, and members of the local council’s relations office.
During the meeting, the participants emphasized the symbolic and strategic significance of opening the office in Damascus, viewing it as a crucial step to strengthen the Council’s presence and political role at the heart of the capital, and as a platform for representing the aspirations of the Kurdish people in Syria.
The discussions also covered the latest developments in the country, possible scenarios for Syria’s future, and the ongoing challenges facing the Kurdish population amidst a complex and fragile context.
The attendees stressed that unity and joint action are fundamental to addressing emerging risks and fulfilling the political and national demands of the coming phase.
They reaffirmed the KNC’s commitment to continuing its peaceful political and diplomatic struggle to secure the national rights of the Kurdish people within a democratic, pluralistic, and decentralized Syria that ensures the rights of all its communities.

أكد رئيس حكومة إقليم كوردستان، والممثل الخاص للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة في العراق، على ضرورة احترام وضمان الحقوق الدستورية والمستحقات المالية لمواطني كوردستان.
استقبل رئيس حكومة إقليم كوردستان مسرور بارزاني، اليوم الثلاثاء 29 تموز 2025، الممثل الخاص للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة في العراق ورئيس بعثة (يونامي) محمد الحسّان.
وشهد الاجتماع تبادل وجهات النظر بشأن آخر المستجدات والتطورات في العراق والمنطقة بشكل عام.

SDF Abducts Minor Girl Mariana Omar Wali in Kobani
ARK News.. In a continued policy of child intimidation and forced conscription in areas under its control, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have abducted a minor girl from the center of Kobani.
A private source told Ark News that armed members of the Revolutionary Youth Movement affiliated with the SDF, abducted 17-year-old Kurdish girl Mariana Omar Wali from the city of Kobani in Syrian Kurdistan.
According to the source, Mariana was kidnapped while participating in the July 19, 2025, celebration activities held in a central square in Kobani.
In a video statement, the girl’s father confirmed that his daughter did not return home after the festivities and that "armed members of the Revolutionary Youth Movement" took her to one of their camps for the purpose of forced recruitment.
This incident comes despite SDF Commander Mazloum Kobani having signed an Action Plan with Virginia Gamba, the UN Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict, pledging to end and prevent the recruitment and use of children under the age of 18 in military activities. Nevertheless, the practice of recruiting minors and involving them in armed conflict continues.
