ARK News... Dr. Abd al-Rahman Khalil, a Kurdish politician, said on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, that Syria has become an arena for settling the accounts of the superpowers at the expense of the pain of the displaced Syrians and refugees.
On Turkish normalization with the regime, he said during his participation in the Ark newsletter that Turkey's goal of normalization with the Syrian regime is to put pressure on America and NATO, and internally the goal is to withdraw the refugee file from the Turkish party that opposes the ruling Justice and Development Party.
He added that Iran is entering the line because it seeks the return of Turkish relations and normalization with the regime to reduce its role in Syria, so it intervenes and wants to guarantee its areas of influence and interests in Syria.
He pointed out that the success of the negotiations between Russia, Turkey, and Iran regarding normalization will be evident after the Turkish negotiations, and Turkey is faced with only two options, either join the Russian alliance, express a clear position on the Russian-Ukrainian war, or remaining in NATO.
At the end of his speech, he said that what matters to Turkey is NATO more than normalization with the regime and the transition to the Russian alliance, and the conflicting countries remain chasing after their interests at the expense of the pain and suffering of the Syrian people.

آرك نيوز... بعد الضغط الإعلامي ونشر مناشدات لإعادتها إلى أحضان ذويها، أعادت قوات سوريا الديمقراطية قسد طفلة مهجرة مختطفة بهدف التجنيد الإجباري في مخيمات الشهباء للمهجرين الكورد من عفرين.
واختطفت قوات سوريا الديمقراطية من مخيمات مهجري عفرين 7 كانون الثاني 2023 الطفلة أليف عثمان، اختطفت من مخيمات الشهباء بريف حلب واقتيدت إلى معسكرات التجنيد الإجباري وفقاً لمصدر ARK.
الطفلة من مواليد 2007 وتنحدر من قرية هوليلا Holîla التابعة لناحية راجو في مدينة عفرين بكوردستان سوريا.
وذكر مصدر آخر من الشهباء اليوم 2 شباط 2023 أن قسد أعادت الطفلة بعد ضغط إعلامي.
وبالرغم من أن قوات سوريا الديمقراطية وقعت على خطة عمل مع الأمم المتحدة من أجل إنهاء ومنع تجنيد الأطفال دون سن 18 واستخدامهم في الأعمال العسكرية، حيث وقع الخطة القائد العام لقسد، مظلوم كوباني، مع ممثلة الأمم المتحدة المعنية بالأطفال والنزاع المسلح، فرجينيا غامبا، خلال احتفال رسمي تم عقده في قصر الأمم المتحدة، في 29 حزيران 2019. إلا أن زج القاصرين في المعارك وتجنيدهم ما يزال مستمراً, وسط إهمالٍ لمناشدات ذوي الأطفال, ودعوات الناشطين والسياسيين والأحزاب الكوردية في ضرورة وضع حد لتلك الظاهرة الخطيرة التي تسببت بشكل وآخر في إفراغ المنطقة من الكورد.

وزير دفاع أوكرانيا: موسكو ستشن هجوماً كبيراً يوم 24 فبراير
مع احتدام المعارك شرقاً، حذر وزير الدفاع الأوكراني أوليكسي ريزنيكوف، من أن روسيا تخطط لشن هجوم كبير يتزامن مع الذكرى السنوية الأولى للحرب في أوكرانيا في 24 فبراير.
وفي حديثه لوسائل الإعلام الفرنسية، حذر ريزنيكوف من أن روسيا ستستدعي وحدة كبيرة من القوات المحشودة، بحسب ما نقلت "الغارديان" البريطانية.
ففي إشارة إلى التعبئة العامة لروسيا لـ 300 ألف جندي مجند في سبتمبر من العام الماضي، زعم أن الأرقام على الحدود تشير إلى أن الحجم الحقيقي قد يكون أقرب إلى 500 ألف.
وقال ريزنيكوف: "نحن لا نقلل من شأن عدونا". وأضاف "أعلنوا رسمياً عن 300 ألف، لكن عندما نرى القوات على الحدود، وفقاً لتقديراتنا، يكون العدد أكبر من ذلك بكثير".
هجوم على محورين
وأضاف أن "الهجوم سيتركز على الأرجح في منطقتين: شرق البلاد، الذي شهد قتالا عنيفا خلال الأسابيع الأخيرة. والجنوب".
في سياق متصل، أفاد رئيس وزراء بولندا بأن بوتين يفكر في هجوم جديد على أوكرانيا من محورين أو 3 محاور.
وأضاف في تصريحات لصحيفة "بيلد" الألمانية" أنه لا يستبعد هجوماً روسياً على أوكرانيا من بيلاروسيا.
كذلك أوضح أن بوتين قد يبدأ حملة عسكرية جديدة على العاصمة كييف، مشيراً إلى أن موارد روسيا ضخمة ولديها الكثير من الأسلحة لهجوم كبير.
موجة من الهجمات
وفي الأسبوع الماضي، حذر أوليكسي دانيلوف، سكرتير مجلس الأمن القومي والدفاع الأوكراني، من أن روسيا تستعد لموجة من الهجمات لإحياء ذكرى 24 فبراير.
وزعم أن القوات الروسية كلفت بمهمة "تجاوز حدود" منطقتي دونيتسك ولوغانسك الشرقية.
وتشكل دونيتسك ولوهانسك منطقة دونباس، وهي منطقة متاخمة لروسيا حددها الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين كهدف للاستيلاء عليها منذ بداية الحرب.
يذكر أن وزير الدفاع الأوكراني كان في فرنسا للقاء الرئيس إيمانويل ماكرون وتأمين شراء رادارات الدفاع الجوي.
كما كان يضغط على الدول الأوروبية لإرسال طائرات مقاتلة من طراز F-16 إلى أوكرانيا، وهو أمر قال ماكرون إن بلاده لم تستبعده.
