الرئيس بارزاني: شعبُنا لم ولن ينتقم لكنه لن ينسى الجرائم التي تعرض لها
آرك نيوز... قال الرئيس بارزاني في كلمة له خلال مشاركته في المؤتمر العلمي الدولي للإبادة الجماعية ضد شعب كوردستان والتعريف بالإبادة الجماعية للكورد الفيليين والذي أقيم في العاصمة أربيل: "إن الكورد الفيليين هم جزءٌ أساس لا يتجزأ من الشعب الكوردي وقاوموا ببسالة جميع المحاولات التي بُذلت لصهرهم وبالرغم من كل هذه المحاولات حافظوا على هويتهم وثقافتهم، رغم تعرضهم لاضطهادٍ مزدوج".
واضاف "ان المناضلين الفيليين ساهموا بجدارة في تأسيس الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني وساهموا في قيادة ثورة أيلول، وكثير من الحاضرين يعرفون بأن القيادات العليا كان يشغلها مناضلون فيليون، كسكرتير الحزب ورئيسة اتحاد نساء كوردستان ورئيس اتحاد طلبة كوردستان وغيرها من المناصب المهمة، وحظي الفيليون بثقة واحترام البارزاني الخالد وذلك لتفانيهم وإخلاصهم في عملهم وانتمائهم".
وتابع الرئيس بارزاني ، بالقول "لقد تعرض الفيليون لمعاناة كبيرة وكارثة كبيرة، وحاول النظام بشتى الوسائل ثنيهم عن مواقفهم الوطنية القومية وحاولوا سلخهم عن قوميتهم، لكن كل الأساليب فشلت، فلجأوا إلى وسائل وأساليب وحشية، منها الإبعاد القسري بحجة أنهم أجانب، ومصادرة أموالهم المنقولة وغير المنقولة، والأنكى من كل ذلك، الرقم الذي لا شكّ فيه هو 12 ألف شاب وربما العدد أكبر بكثير لكن هذا مؤكد، من سن 18 إلى 30 سنة، جرى تصفيتهم بشكلٍ وحشي ولا أحد يعلم لحد الآن أين دفنوا".
مردفاً بأنه "في عام 1981 جرت تجارب كيماوية في منطقة عكاشات على 300 شاب فيلي، وبعد ذلك جرت نفس العملية على نحو 150 شاب من البارزانيين الذين تم تصفيتهم أيضاً".
موضحاً بأن "مأساة والإبادة الجماعية للفيليين هي حلقة في سلسلة من الجرائم التي ارتكبت بحق شعب كوردستان وكلنا شاهدنا ما تعرض له الإيزيديون من كارثة من إبادة جماعية فاقت كل التصورات".
وأكد الرئيس بارزاني، على ان "شعبنا لن ينسى هذه الجرائم، لكنه ترفّع عنها عندما أتته الفرصة، إنه لم ولن ينتقم لكنه لن ينسى هذه الجرائم".
مضيفاً، أن " الخطابات والكلمات لا تكفي، بل يجب البحث عن كل السبل لمنع تكرار مثل هذه الجرائم في المستقبل ، وبالنسبة لكل ضحايا الإبادة الجماعية في كوردستان وخاصةً الكورد الفيليون ، يجب تعويضهم تعويضاً عادلاً مادياً ومعنوياً وإعادة كافة الحقوق إليهم.
وأقترح الرئيس بارزاني في "تأسيس مركز في أربيل لمتابعة كافة شؤون الفيليين ويكون بمثابة المرجع للفيليين".
وختم الرئيس بارزاني كلمته، بالآية الكبيرة "وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتًا بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ يُرْزَقُونَ".

انطلاق أعمال المؤتمر العلمي الدولي للتعريف بالإبادة الجماعية للكورد الفيليين
آرك نيوز... برعاية الرئيس مسعود بارزاني، انطلقت اليوم الثلاثاء 2 أيار 2023، أعمال المؤتمر العلمي الدولي للتعريف بالإبادة الجماعية للكورد الفيليين.
وقال مدير اعلام جامعة صلاح الدين، سامان عبدالله،: "برعاية الرئيس مسعود بارزاني وبدعم من رئاسة مجلس الوزراء ومن جامعات (صلاح الدين ، أربيل، دهوك، سوران)، تنطلق فعاليات اعمال المؤتمر العلمي الدولي للتعريف بالإبادة الجماعية للكورد الفيليين بمشاركة العديد من الخبراء والاكاديميين والمؤرخين وخبراء دوليين ومحليين في هذا المجال".
واضاف "سيتم خلال المؤتمر. تقديم آخر الابحاث والنتائج والأدلة التاريخية على الابادة الجماعية التي ارتكبها النظام العراقي السابق بحق الكورد الفيليين".
يذكر ان الكورد الفيلية قد تعرضوا الى حملات وحشية مدمرة، تم التخطيط لها وتنفيذها من قبل الحكومات العراقية المتتابعة وذلك وفقاً لعدة مراحل وبلغت ذروتها من الوحشية والعنف والدمار في عهد النظام البعثي البائد، حيث تم قتل وتهجير ونفي الآلاف من الكورد الفيلية، وتم تدمير العديد من المدن والقرى.

رحيل الشخصية الوطنية المناضل محمد ملا عيسى في أربيل
آرك نيوز... فقدت كوردستان سوريا اليوم 2 أيار 2023, إحدى الشخصيات الوطنية التي ناضلت خلال عشرات السنين خدمة للقضية الكوردية والحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا ونهج البارزاني الخالد.
ورحل اليوم المناضل محمد ملا عيسى بعد معاناة من مرض عُضال ألمَّ به في أربيل عاصمة إقليم كوردستان.
نبذة عن حياته ونضاله
انضم المناضل محمد علا عيسى إلى صفوف الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا عام 1970. ناضل فيها بكل تفان وإخلاص فی مدن كوباني وحلب والرقة وبقي على نهج البارزاني الخالد إلى أن وافته المنية اليوم.
وفي مقابلة قديمة أجرت ARK معه قال فيها إن: "البارزاني الخالد قمة في الإنسانية والقومية والأخلاق وعلى الجميع الاقتداء بهذا النهج"
حول نضاله ضمن صفوف الحزب أكد "كنا نتجول مشياً على الأقدام في كل قرية ومدينة وحي في سبيل جمع الدعم والمساندة لثورة البارزانيين"
تابع أن "الشعب الكوردي في كوردستان سوريا يقدسون بيان آذار والاعتراف بالحكم الذاتي لكيان إقليم كوردستان الذي جاء بعد نضال عتيد ومقاومة شرسة من البارزاني الخالد ونجليه الرئيس مسعود والخالد إدريس".
المناضل من مواليد 1950 ينحدر من قرية "درفليت - Derfilît " التابعة لمدينة كوباني بكوردستان سوريا.
وجرت اليوم في أربيل مراسم توديع المناضل, حيث نقل جثمانه إلى مسقط رأسه ليوارى الثرى هناك.

Families of the martyrs of the Jenderes massacre to ARK: Forty days of procrastination and indifference, and we insist on our demands
ARK News... The commemoration ceremony for the forty-day martyrs of the Jenderes massacre on Sunday, April 30, 2023, took place in the city of Jenderes, in the countryside of Afrin, in Syrian Kurdistan, by visiting the cemetery of the four martyrs of the torch of Newroz.
In it, claims were confirmed and renewed for the perpetrators of the Jenderes massacre to be brought to justice and tried, especially since the people did not seek anything to prosecute the killers on the ground.
In this regard, one of the wives of the martyrs said in exclusive statements to ARK: "For forty days, we did not seek anything on the ground except for promises."
"We insist on our demands to impose the most severe penalties on the perpetrators, the murderers, and those with them," she added.
It appealed to the United Nations to intervene and refer the perpetrators to the courts.
In a heinous racist incident, the militants of the Eastern Army fired live bullets at Kurdish civilians from the Peshmerg family in the city of Jenderes in the countryside of Afrin, on the night of the National Day of Newroz, March 20, 2023.
This came after Newroz fires were lit in front of their house in Jenderes, and live bullets were fired by the militants of the Eastern Army to commit a massacre in Jenderes, in which four innocent Kurdish civilians were killed.
ARK obtained pictures of the bodies of the martyrs lying on the street by the military hospital administration in Jenderes, covered with a black blanket on the night of the crime.

Because of the massacre, it turned into massive and angry demonstrations demanding the removal of all armed factions from the cities, villages, and towns in Afrin, and the handover of their administration to the indigenous Kurdish population.
On the second day, tens of thousands of residents of the Afrin region in Syrian Kurdistan, March 21, 2023, which coincides with the Kurdish New Year and the National Day of Newroz, mourned the bodies of the martyrs. The mourners chanted at the funeral, which turned into massive protest demonstrations against the armed factions, calling for the removal of all armed men and an end to the bloodshed and the violations against the Kurds there.

After the terrorist crime committed by the militants of the Eastern Army in Jenderes, another group of armed factions in the Afrin region severely beat Hassan Muhammad Hamid, 17, for raising the Kurdish flag while participating in the demonstrations condemning the death of 4 Kurdish civilians from the Peshmerg family in Jenderes.

130 years since the birth of Commander Qazi Muhammad, President of the Republic of Kurdistan
ARK News... On Monday, 130 years passed since the birth of the Kurdish leader Qazi Muhammad, President of the Republic of Kurdistan, the republic declared by the Kurds in 1946 in Iranian Kurdistan, and its capital was Mahabad.
About the leader:
Qazi Muhammad was born in the city of Mahabad on May 1, 1893. His father is Qazi Ali bin Qasim bin Mirza Ahmed, and his mother is from the well-known 'Faidhullah Bag' clan in the Mokriyan kingdom.
Qazi Muhammad is considered one of the brightest personalities in Kurdish history, as he enjoyed a wide culture due to his deep understanding of Sharia, Islamic jurisprudence and religion, his mastery of Arabic, Turkish, Persian, and French languages, and his knowledge of English and Russian in addition to his Kurdish mother tongue, in addition to his charming personality that arouses the love and sympathy of all whoever meets him, his humility, courage and deep belief in the rights of his people to life and the need to struggle for the realization of these legitimate rights
Although Qazi Muhammad descended from a rich family in the region, this did not lead him to vanity or turn away from the suffering of his people, and their religious, legal, and worldly questions.
He also called for spreading education and culture among the Kurds in order to face the oppression and injustice that was falling on them.
During the years of his life, Qazi Muhammad was understanding of the bitter reality experienced by the Kurdish masses, sensing the suffering of the people and their sense of injustice and alienation that falls on the entire Kurdish issue, so he devoted all his time and attention to the interest of the Kurds and aspiration towards their future and their lives, not only in the Mahabad region but in the whole—the areas where the Kurdish communities live.
In the 1930s, Qazi Muhammad joined the 'Khyoboun' party, which declared its struggle in 1927 with the help of Ihsan Nori Pasha in Northern Kurdistan.
In 1944, a Kurdish organization was formed under the name of the 'Kurdish Revival Association', which paved the way for the establishment of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in Iran, of which Qazi Muhammad became one of its founders.
The program of this party was to achieve freedom in Iran, autonomy for Kurdistan within the Iranian borders, and brotherhood with the Azerbaijani people and all non-Persian minorities.
On 16/12/1945, in the midst of a large crowd in the 'Char Chira' square in Mahabad, and in a great festive atmosphere, Qazi Muhammad announced on that historic day that the Mokriyan region was cut off from the Tehran government, so they lowered the flag of the Tehran government from the institutions and schools and raised the flag of Kurdistan instead of it.
On January 22, 1946, the establishment of the Republic of Kurdistan was announced under the leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, amid thorny and complex circumstances, and the city of Mahabad became the capital of the young republic.
In front of the world and in the middle of the largest square of the capital, Qazi Muhammad was elected, the first president of the Republic of Kurdistan, and delegations from all parts of the Kurdistan region were present in these solemn celebrations.
After the new president delivered his speech, for the first time in Kurdish history, the Kurdistan flag was raised, which consists of red, yellow, and green, and the comprehensive struggle program of the Republic was presented.
The legitimate dream was embodied in establishing a Kurdish state on Kurdish land for a people that enjoy all the elements of independence and a modern state without affecting the sovereignty or entity of any of the surrounding countries.
The Kurdish language was considered an official language in which the people learn and official departments abide by it. Schools were opened, the press and theaters were established, women entered the arena of the new Kurdish life, and commercial relations were established with neighboring countries.
The life of the Kurdish Republic was not long, as Qazi Muhammad tried to negotiate with the Tehran government about the relationship of the Kurdish Republic as a self-governing authority with the central government, so Iran refused to negotiate, and sent a military campaign that succeeded in brutally suppressing the democratic movement in Iranian Kurdistan, and eliminated the Kurdish Republic with British support – an American, and managed to restore Mahabad and extend its sovereignty over the region.
On March 30, 1947, after a mock trial, the President of the Republic, Qazi Muhammad, and dozens of other Kurdish leaders and militants were executed in the "Char Chira" square in Mahabad, by hanging to death.
The martyr Qadi Muhammad passed away, but the idea of freedom, right,s and independence remained alive in the memory of the Kurdish people, who continued and continue their struggle to obtain their freedom and achieve their legitimate human aspirations to this day.

مقتل 99 مدنياً في سوريا خلال نيسان بينهم 8 أطفال و7 سيدات
آرك نيوز... وثّقت الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان في تقريرها الصادر، مقتل 99 مدنياً في سوريا خلال نيسان الفائت بينهم 8 أطفال و7 سيدات.
وقالت التقرير، إن جني الكمأة تسبب في مقتل قرابة نصف الضحايا المدنيين الذين تم توثيقهم في سوريا منذ مطلع عام 2023، كما لاحظت الشبكة ارتفاعاً في حصيلة الضحايا في شهر نيسان مقارنةً ببقية الأشهر خلال العام الجاري.
وبحسب التقرير، توزعت حصيلة ضحايا شهر نيسان على النحو التالي:
ـ النظام السوري قتل مدنيين اثنين
ـ فصائل المعارضة قتلت 3 مدنيين
جهات أخرى: قتلت 94 مدنياً بينهم 7 أطفال و5 سيدات
وبيّنت الشبكة، أن ما يعادل 95 % من حصيلة ضحايا شهر نيسان قضوا على يد "جهات أخرى"، لتصبح حصيلة الضحايا على يد "جهات أخرى" منذ بداية العام الجاري 258 مدنياً، ووفقاً للتقرير فقد شهد شهر نيسان وقوع 4 مجازر على يد "جهات أخرى".
وأوضحت الشبكة، أن الحصيلة الجديدة ترفع نسبة الضحايا الذين قضوا على يد "جهات أخرى" خلال العام الجاري إلى 75%.
وبحسب التقرير، "يعود السبب وراء ارتفاع أعداد الضحايا على يد جهات أخرى، لكثرة حالات القتل في أثناء جني الكمأة، إضافةً إلى وقوع ضحايا من جراء انفجار الألغام، كما تسبب الانفلات الأمني في العديد من المناطق في وقوع كثير من حوادث القتل بالرصاص من قبل جهات لم يتمكن التقرير من تحديدها".
وسجل التقرير، استمراراً في وقوع ضحايا مدنيين بسبب الألغام في مناطق متفرقة من سوريا، ما أدى إلى مقتل 32 مدنياً بينهم 3 أطفال و4 سيدات، لترتفع حصيلة الضحايا بسبب الألغام منذ بداية العام الجاري إلى 77 مدنياً، بينهم 16 طفلاً و7 سيدات.
وأضافت الشبكة، أن سبعة مدنيين قضوا من جراء انفجار لغم أرضي تمت زراعته من قبل جهة لم يتمكن التقرير من تحديدها وذلك في أثناء قيامهم بالبحث عن "الكمأة".

انتهاك صارخ لحقوق الأطفال من قبل QSD وآخر ضحاياها طفل في الحادي عشر من عمره
آرك نيوز... في انتهاك صارخ لحقوق الأطفال, أقدمت قوات سوريا الديمقراطية على اختطاف طفل في الحادي عشر من عمر بهدف تجنيده إجباريا.
وقالت شبكة رصد سوريا لحقوق الإنسان في تقرير لها وصلت ARK نسخة منه: "وثقت شبكة رصد سوريا لحقوق الإنسان بتاريخ ١-٤-٢٠٢٣ احتجاز الطفل خليل ابراهيم الحسن الفاضل البالغ من العمر ١١ عامًا من منطقة مزة شحادة خلف مشفى الفرات بمحافظة الرقة على ايدي الشبيبة الثورية التابعة لقوات سوريا الديمقراطية واقتياده الى معسكرات تجنيد الاطفال"
أكدت أن "الطفل وحيد ووالده في سجون قوات سوريا الديمقراطية وهو يعيش عند عمه، إن قوات سوريا الديمقراطية مازالت مستمرة في انتهاكاتها ضد المدنيين والاطفال في مناطق سيطرتها وتقوم باعتقال الاطفال وتزج بهم في معسكرات تجنيد الاطفال".
وبالرغم من أن قوات سوريا الديمقراطية وقعت على خطة عمل مع الأمم المتحدة من أجل إنهاء ومنع تجنيد الأطفال دون سن 18 واستخدامهم في الأعمال العسكرية، حيث وقع الخطة القائد العام لقسد، مظلوم كوباني، مع ممثلة الأمم المتحدة المعنية بالأطفال والنزاع المسلح، فرجينيا غامبا، خلال احتفال رسمي تم عقده في قصر الأمم المتحدة، في 29 حزيران 2019. إلا أن زج القاصرين في المعارك وتجنيدهم ما يزال مستمراً, وسط إهمالٍ لمناشدات ذوي الأطفال, ودعوات الناشطين والسياسيين والأحزاب الكوردية في ضرورة وضع حد لتلك الظاهرة الخطيرة التي تسببت بشكل وآخر في إفراغ المنطقة من الكورد.
