مشروع التعليم الجديد يدخل حيز التنفيذ العام الدراسي المقبل
يعد مشروع التعليم الجديد من أهم مشاريع الكابينة التاسعة لحكومة إقليم كوردستان لخدمة قطاع التربية، حيث يتكون المشروع من 185 مادة، ومن المتوقع أن يتم تنفيذه العام الدراسي المقبل.
وقالت عضو لجنة التربية في برلمان كوردستان گولستان باقي لـ (باسنيوز): «مشروع التعليم الذي أرسله مجلس الوزراء إلى برلمان كوردستان، عملنا عليه منذ أكثر من عام»، موضحة: «يهدف المشروع إلى المزيد من التنظيم في قطاع التعليم، ويتكون من 185 مادة»، وأردفت: «كان لدينا قانون تعليم من قبل، لكنه لم يكن جيدًا وموسعاً مثل هذا المشروع، لقد تم إنجاز عمل جيد حول مشروع التعليم في الدورة البرلمانية الحالية، وسيؤدي إلى تنظيم أفضل في المستقبل».
وأكدت باقي، أن «جميع مواد هذا المشروع مهمة، وأهمها ما يتعلق بإيجاد بيئة جيدة ومنظمة في المدارس حتى يتمكن الطلاب من الحصول على أفضل المعارف».
وأشارت إلى أنه «تم إرسال مشروع القانون إلى رئاسة إقليم كوردستان للحصول على الملاحظات النهائية، ونتوقع أن يدخل المشروع حيز التنفيذ في جميع أنحاء إقليم كوردستان العام الدراسي المقبل».

آرك نيوز... لا يزال البحر يبتلع المئات من الشبان الكورد الفارين من أتون الحرب المستعرة في سوريا, آخر ضحايا طالبي اللجوء والبحث عن حياة أفضل, شاب في مقتبل العمر.
ونعى رواد التواصل الاجتماعي وناشطون كورد وعرب الشاب محمد عدنان محمد الذي وافته المنية غرقاً أثناء محاولته الوصول إلى الدول الأوربية في أزمير التركية.
مصدر مقرب من الشاب قال في لـ ARK إن "الشاب محمد عدنان خرج من عفرين بكوردستان سوريا باتجاه تركيا وأراد الوصول إلى إحدى الدول الأوربية".
أوضح أن "الشاب خرج وزوجته, وبسبب انقلاب القارب في أزمير توفي غرقاً, فيما نجت زوجته سينم شباب وهي الآن في حالة مستقرة".
الشاب ينحدر من قرية جويق التابعة لمدينة عفرين, وكان طالباً جامعيا, وكان قد تزوج حديثاً.
وفي قصة تراجيدية أخرى, منذ السادس والعشرين من شهر نيسان 2023 توجه بعض الشباب من مدينتي كوباني وعفرين بكوردستان سوريا من شواطئ الجزائر بقاربٍ نحو إسبانيا ولا يزال مصيرهم مجهولاً.
وانطلق القارب الذي يقلهم في الساعة السادسة من مساء يوم الأربعاء 26 نيسان 2023, وأرسلوا فيديوهين لأصدقائهم وبعدها بنصف ساعة انقطع الاتصال معهم ولا يزال مصيرهم مجهولاً.

السفارة الأمريكية في دمشق قالت في منشور لها على صفحتها الرسمية في الفيس بوك اطلعت عليها ARK وجاء على لسان وزير الخارجية أنتوني بلينكن: "تحدثت مع وزير الخارجية أيمن الصفدي وزير الخارجية الأردني عن سبل المضي قدما في سوريا".
تابعت السفارة على لسان بلينكن "أعدت التأكيد على دعم الولايات المتحدة لقرار مجلس الأمن رقم 2254 باعتباره الحل الوحيد القابل للتطبيق لإنهاء الصراع ".
وأكد بلينكن على موقف الويلات المتحدة ضد التطبيع مع نظام الأسد.

وأشارت إلى "أننا نريد أن يتم تنفيذ اتفاقية سنجار بالكامل"، مبينة أن "هناك عدداً كبيراً من الجماعات المسلحة في تلك المنطقة مثل حزب العمال الكوردستاني، وتشكل خطراً على المكونات، لذلك يجب على الحكومة الاتحادية أن تسيطر على الوضع هناك".
