وفاة طفل وإصابة والديه بجروح إثر اصطدام شاحنة بمنزل في إدلب
آرك نيوز.. توفي طفل وأُصيب والداه بجروح، يوم الثلاثاء 27 حزيران 2023، من جراء اصطدام شاحنة بمنزلهم في ريف إدلب الشمالي.
وقال "الدفاع المدني السوري"، إن طفلاً لقي حتفه وأُصيب والداه بجروح طفيفة، من جراء انزلاق سيارة تعطلت مكابحها، لتصطدم بمنزل تسكن فيه العائلة في مخيم مورك بريف إدلب الشمالي، ما أدى إلى تهدم الجدار واقتحام السيارة للمنزل.
ونقلت فرق "الدفاع المدني"، جثمان الطفل إلى الطبابة الشرعية في مدينة سرمدا، فيما أُسعِفت والدته إلى المشفى لتلقي العلاج.

هولندا وبلجيكا تنضمان إلى التحقيق في جرائم ضد الكورد الإيزيديين
آرك نيوز.. أعلنت وكالة التعاون القضائي التابعة للاتحاد الأوروبي، الاثنين 26 حزيران 2023، أن هولندا وبلجيكا انضمتا إلى تحقيق دولي في جرائم ارتكبت ضد الكورد الإيزيديين في سوريا والعراق.
وكان فريق التحقيق المشترك أنشأ في 2021 من قبل فرنسا والسويد بدعم من وكالة يوروجست (تابعة للاتحاد الأوروبي وتتعاون قضائياً في المسائل الجنائية) لتحديد ومحاكمة المتطرفين الأجانب الذين استهدفوا الكورد الإيزيديين في سوريا والعراق.
وقالت يوروجست إن العمل الجماعي قد أثمر بالفعل، بما في ذلك في فرنسا، حيث تعرفت ضحية كوردية إيزيدية على زوجين جهاديين فرنسيين، وأدى ذلك إلى إضافة تهم الإبادة الجماعية والجرائم ضد الإنسانية إلى قضية قائمة.
وفريق التحقيق المشترك هو جزء من جهد دولي أوسع لتحقيق العدالة في الفظائع التي تستهدف الكورد الإزيديين.
وخلص تحقيق للأمم المتحدة في عام 2021 إلى أن الجرائم التي ارتكبها عناصر تنظيم داعش بحق الكورد الإيزيديين ترقى إلى الإبادة الجماعية، وذلك بحسب ما أورده موقع "صوت أميركا".
هاجم عناصر تنظيم الدولة المجتمع الإيزيدي عند سفح جبل سنجار في آب 2014، خلال الهجوم الذي استمر أسبوعا، حيث قتل تنظيم الدولة مئات الإيزيديين واختطف 6417 آخرين، أكثر من نصفهم من النساء والفتيات. من المحتمل أن يكون معظم الرجال البالغين الذين تم أسرهم قد قُتلوا في نهاية المطاف.
وبدأت بالفعل في أوروبا محاكمات العناصر الأجانب العائدين بتهمة ارتكاب جرائم ضد الكورد الإيزيديين.
وأُدينت امرأة ألمانية الأسبوع الماضي باحتجاز كوردية إيزيدية خلال فترة وجودها مع تنظيم الدولة في العراق وسوريا وحُكم عليها بالسجن تسع سنوات وثلاثة أشهر.
وأفادت وكالة الأنباء الألمانية أن محكمة الولاية في مدينة كوبلنز الغربية دانت المرأة البالغة من العمر 37 عاما بارتكاب جرائم ضد الإنسانية والانتماء إلى منظمة إرهابية أجنبية والتدخل في الإبادة الجماعية.
كما أعلنت السلطات الهولندية في شباط الماضي أنها تحاكم امرأة سافرت من هولندا للانضمام إلى تنظيم "داعش" الإرهابي. ويُزعم أن المرأة استخدمت امرأة كوردية إيزيدية كعبدة في سوريا في عام 2015. وكانت القضية أول محاكمة هولندية لعضو مزعوم في تنظيم "داعش" بتهمة ارتكاب جرائم ضد ضحية إيزيدية.

بإشراف الرئيس مسعود بارزاني تستمر عملية إجلاء اللاجئين الكورد العالقين في السودان من قبل مؤسسة بارزاني الخيرية ووزارة داخلية إقليم كوردستان ووزارة خارجية العراق.
وقال مصدر خاص لـ ARK اليوم 27 حزيران 2023, إنه تم إجلاء 500 شخص حتى الآن, عن طريق ثلاث وجبات, ومن المقرر أن تصل طائرة أخرى إلى السودان كي تقل عوائل أخرى إلى إقليم كوردستان.

Musa Ahmed: More than 2,000 families in Afrin benefit from the sacrificial meat project
ARK New… Musa Ahmed, head of the Barzani Charity Foundation, said that from 2011 until June of this year, the foundation distributed $74 million to the needy.
Ahmed indicated in a press conference on Tuesday that more than 12,583 people in the Kurdistan Region and central Iraq benefited from the first part of its project, which was implemented with the support of the Emirates Red Crescent Society.

The tenth anniversary of the Amouda massacre at the hands of PYD militants
ARK News... Today, Tuesday, June 27, 2023, marks the tenth anniversary of the Amouda massacre committed by PYD militants against the citizens of Amouda, in Syrian Kurdistan.
On June 27, 2013, PYD gunmen opened fire on peaceful demonstrators demanding the release of some of their detainees, which led to the death of six Kurdish citizens, including elderly, youth and children.
The martyrs of the Amouda massacre are:

My brothers and sisters: After nine difficult years, we stand again here to remember and remember the heinous crime that took place in Amouda on the 27th and 28th of June 2013 AD. by the YPG forces.
“From encircling the city, besieging it, storming it by force, firing bullets at the peaceful demonstration, killing and wounding dozens, attacking hospitals, preventing the wounded from being treated, imposing a curfew, trying to prevent the burial of martyrs, preventing Friday prayers, and imprisoning dozens.”
All this was not an ordinary crime, but rather a moral, political and criminal crime.
My brothers and sisters: From the outset, we declared our conviction that the crime was a planned plot and a political decision to strike the Kurdish revolution movement and create strife that destroys the hope of freedom in a free and independent homeland.
And because the crime passed without accountability and punishment, the result was: More than half of our people became immigrants or displaced, thousands of children and youth without education, no future, we have become enemy brothers, thousands of our youth have been watered and are still falling as martyrs here and there in a futile, dirty war in which we have nothing in it and then what?
My brothers, sisters: Despite the great pain, despite all the calamities, there is no despair or despondency, because our belief is firm that the revolution of the people demands the truth, and our martyrs fell for the sake of the truth, and the absolute truth is God, so the truth is inevitably victorious.
Mercy for all the martyrs... Healing for the wounded... Freedom for the prisoners and detainees - Return for the immigrants and the displaced - Victory for the people's blessed revolution.
