A special and comprehensive meeting with the Secretary of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria
ARK News… ARK channel conducted an exclusive interview with the Secretary of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, Muhammad Ismail, who spoke extensively about the organizational and policy issues followed after the party's twelfth conference. Muhammad Ismail began his speech about the conference, saying: "Our party's conference was held in the city of Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, on 10-11 in the presence of President Masoud Barzani, which was a great honor for us and clear and important messages. His Excellency gave a historical speech that had a positive impact on the souls of the conferees. The presence of His Excellency gave the conference a struggle impetus that is rare in comparison.
He added, "After the conference, we are now busy identifying and electing new representatives and officials for the active offices in the party, in addition to defining the official spokesperson, and working seriously to overcome the loopholes that occurred after the conference. We will never allow any of our comrades to be subjected to injustice or exclusion, and we emphasize activating the role of the Kurdish National Council in Syria and the development of its performance, because the Council is a gain for the Kurdish people and it is our duty as the party to preserve and develop the Council.
He continued: "With regard to the party's policy, there are constants for the party, such as emphasizing the Kurdish approach, the immortal approach of Barzani, working to achieve the goals of the Kurdish people, and working within the National Coalition for the Syrian Opposition. Al-Kurdi with the changes and developments taking place.
On the return of the Syrian regime to the Arab League, he said: "We affirm the political solution to the Syrian crisis, and the Syrian regime must submit to international resolutions. We are concerned with international resolutions in this regard, especially resolution 2254 and related resolutions."
He went on, "We are not participating in the Syrian Interim Government and the armed factions, and we emphasize working with the Coalition and opening up to other national opposition factions and building a new Syria on a federal basis" politically decentralized "in order to guarantee the rights of all national, religious and political components and the right of the Kurdish people as an essential component in the country to reside on its historical land, and guarantee its constitutional right in accordance with covenants and charters.
He explained that "Turkey is a pivotal country in the region and has its influence on the Syrian file, and we hope that it will cooperate with the international community in accordance with 2254, and we are not with any action outside the hopes and aspirations of the Syrian people, especially rapprochement with the Syrian regime."
He continued by saying, "We had decided to open our offices in Afrin, in order to be a factor of good for our people in the region, but the opportunities are not favorable so far, and we are working through our representatives in the Coalition and through all parties to expedite the opening of our offices in the region. Regarding the PYD administration, It is an exclusionary administration with administrative, security and economic corruption that forces the displacement of our people, and we are not concerned with this administration. We did everything we could to arrange the Kurdish house, but the administration worked to thwart the Kurdish negotiations and dialogues. And if America is serious about sponsoring the negotiations, it is likely that the negotiations will begin, and any interference from abroad, whether from the PKK or others, will only produce unimaginable results. While the parties that play on the two ropes, that work within the administration and claim the third line, neither the party nor the people Al-Kurdi accepts this wavering, and that is not in the interest of our people.”
He said, "We are serious about returning our displaced and we categorically reject demographic change in our Kurdish regions and in Syria in general, whatever the suffering and pain in the homeland, is better than immigration and thus settling other families instead of the original population. We also reject all violations in our regions, whether the kidnapping of children and the introduction of education in the regions SDF or violations in Afrin and others, and thus increase migration factors.
He stressed that "the Freedom and Peace Front is a source of trust from several countries and a gain for the Syrian people, as it is an expression of a mini-Syria in which there are representatives of the Kurds, Arabs, Syriacs and Assyrians, and the success of our conference will have a clear impact on the demand to overcome the factors of weakness in the front."
At the end of his speech, Muhammad Ismail, secretary of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, spoke about the media and the role of the media, saying: "We are busy working on the new stage to establish a channel, whether for the party or the Kurdish National Council in Syria, and the capabilities have always prevented that."
He directed his appeal to all members supporters to work seriously in order to develop the party and activate its role.

ىرك نيوز..كشف الرئيس الروسي فيلاديمير بوتين، مصير عناصر فاغنر بعد التمرد المسلح الذي نفذوه يوم السبت الماضي، وانتهى قبل اقتحامهم للعاصمة موسكو.
جاء ذلك في خطاب متلفز توجه به بوتين مساء أمس الاثنين إلى الشعب الروسي، تحدث فيه عن التطورات التي شهدتها البلاد خلال الأيام الماضية.
ووضع بوتين عناصر فاغنر أمام 3 خيارات لمستقبلهم، تتمثل في الانضمام إلى وزارة الدفاع، أو العودة إلى الحياة المدنية، أو المغادرة إلى بيلاروسيا.
وقال متوجهاً للعناصر: اليوم لديكم الفرصة لمواصلة خدمة روسيا من خلال إبرام عقد مع وزارة الدفاع أو غيرها من وكالات إنفاذ القانون.
وأضاف: كما يمكنكم العودة إلى عائلاتكم وأصدقائكم.. أو من يريد يمكنه أن يغادر إلى بيلاروسيا.
وأكد بوتين أن تعهده لمقاتلي فاغنر سوف يتحقق، في إشارة إلى عدم ملاحقتهم وإسقاط التهم الموجهة ضدهم.

قلق أممي بشان التصعيد العسكري في مناطق شمال غربي سوريا
آرك نيوز.. أعربت الأمم المتحدة عن قلقها من تصعيد الأعمال العدائية شمال غربي سوريا.
وقال بيان لنائب المنسق الإقليمي للشؤون الإنسانية في سوريا، دافيد كاردن، إنني قلق للغاية بسبب تصعيد الأعمال العدائية في شمال غربي سوريا، مع ورود تقارير عن هجمات في محافظة إدلب، من بينها استهداف سوق شعبي.
وأشار البيان إلى أن الأمم المتحدة تواصل دعوة جميع أطراف الصراع إلى اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لضمان حماية المدنيين والبنية التحتية المدنية، وفقاً للقانون الدولي الإنساني.
وصباح الأحد الماضي، تعرضت عدة مناطق في محافظة إدلب لغارات من الطيران الروسي، حيث استهدفت إحدى الغارات سوقاً للخضر والفواكه في مدينة جسر الشغور غربي إدلب، مما أدى إلى مقتل 9 مدنيين وإصابة أكثر من 61 آخرين.

الاتحاد الأوربي يدرج 7 مسؤولين إيرانيين في قائمة العقوبات
آرك نيوز.. فرض الاتحاد الأوروبي يوم الاثنين، حزمة عقوبات جديدة على إيران شملت إدراج 7 مواطنين إيرانيين في القائمة السوداء.
ونشر مجلس الاتحاد الأوروبي بياناً جاء فيه تم إدراج 7 مسؤولين إيرانيين في قائمة العقوبات، بسبب انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان.
وشملت الحزمة الجديدة مسؤولين في السلطة القضائية وأجهزة الأمن الإيرانية.
وفرض الاتحاد الأوروبي في وقت سابق، عدة حزم من العقوبات ضد إيران، شملت 223 فردا و37 منظمة.
وتتهم بروكسل المسؤولين والمنظمات الإيرانية الذين شملتهم العقوبات، بالتورط في قمع الاحتجاجات في البلاد.

فاغنر: مسيرتنا أظهرت مشاكل أمنية خطيرة في روسيا
آرك نيوز.. قال قائد فاغنر يفغيني بريغوجين: إن مسيرة قواته أثناء التمرد على الجيش الروسي أظهرت مشاكل أمنية خطيرة في البلاد.
وفي حديث لوكالة “رويترز” قال بريغوجن: إن قواته ضُربت بالصواريخ والمروحيات رغم أنها لم تبد أي نزعة عدائية.
ولفت في حديثه “قررنا الخروج يوم 30 يونيو وتسليم التقنيات العسكرية في روستوف بشكل استعراضي ولكننا تعرضنا للقصف”.
وأضاف أن الهدف من تحركهم منع حل فاغنر ولفت الانتباه للأمر، مشيراً إلى أنهم عندما فهموا أن الدماء الروسية ستراق قرروا أن يعودوا أدراجهم.
وأشار إلى أن هدفهم كان لفت الانتباه إلى محاولات حل قوات فاغنر وليس الانقلاب على السلطة السياسية في البلاد.
وأعرب عن أسفه لإضرارهم بالمروحيات الروسية التي هاجمتهم، مؤكداً أن هدفهم لم يكن الانقلاب على السلطة المنتخبة قانونيا.
ولفت قائد فاغنر إلى أن الرئيس البيلاروسي مد لهم يد العون لحل كل المشاكل ضمن الأطر القانونية، مؤكداً أنه لم يقبل أي من أفراد قواتهم التوقيع على عقود مع وزارة الدفاع الروسية.
ونوه إلى أنهم كانوا يرغبون في محاسبة من ارتكبوا أخطاء خلال العملية العسكرية الخاصة في أوكرانيا، لافتاً إلى أن رئيس بيلاروسيا عرض على فاغنر خيارات تمكنها من مواصلة نشاطها.

السودان .. هدنة من جانب واحد لمدة يومين خلال عيد الأضحى
آرك نيوز.. أعلن قائد قوات الدعم السريع محمد حمدان دقلو "حميدتي"، مساء الإثنين، عن هدنة من طرف واحد لمدة يومين خلال عيد الأضحى في السودان.
وقال "حميدتي" في تسجيل صوتي، إن وقف إطلاق النار سيبدأ اعتباراً من يوم الثلاثاء 27 من حزيران، في حين لم ترد أنباء حتى الآن عن قبول الجيش السوداني للهدنة.
وكشف "حميدتي" في تسجيله الصوتي، عن تشكيل لجنة لمحاسبة مرتكبي الانتهاكات من عناصر "الدعم السريع"، معرباً عن رفضه لأي انتهاكات بحق المدنيين، على حد قوله.
وسبق أن اتفق طرفا الصراع على نحو 12 هدنة منذ بدء الاشتباكات، كان آخرها يوم الأربعاء الماضي، لكنها انهارت جميعها بسبب خرقها من قبل الطرفين.

تعديل الرسوب إلى النجاح في المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرة النظام بنصف مليون ليرة سورية
في فصل جديد من فساد حكومة النظام السوري، كشفت مواقع محلية عن بيع الجلاء المدرسي بمبلغ نصف مليون ليرة للطلاب الراسبين في صفوفهم من أجل الانتقال إلى المرحلة الدراسية الجديدة.
وبحسب موقع صوت العاصمة فقد تسلّم طلاب المرحلة الانتقالية خلال اليومين الماضيين الجلاء المدرسي الذي يُعدّ وثيقة نجاح أو رسوب تؤهل الطالب من الانتقال إلى مرحلة دراسية جديدة أو البقاء في صفّه في حال الرسوب.
وأكدت المصادر: هناك مئات الحالات من التلاعب والتزوير جرت بعد تسليم الجلاء المدرسي ووجود نسبة عالية من الرسوب خاصة في بعض مناطق الريف.
وفتحت إدارة المدارس بالتنسيق مع الأساتذة والآنسات باب تعديل النتيجة من الرسوب إلى النجاح، أو تعديل علامة المادة الواحدة، مقابل مبالغ مالية تُدفع لهم بشكل سرّي أو عن طريق وسيط الذي في الغالب ما يكون أحد المسؤولين الإداريين في تلك المدارس.
وفق ما ذكره الموقع المذكور: في بلدة ببيلا بريف دمشق إن سعر تعديل النتيجة النهائية للطالب من الرسوب إلى النجاح تجاوز نصف مليون ليرة سورية، مضيفاً أنّ الأمر يجري عبر التواصل مع الإدارة ويتم تقاسم المبلغ بينها وبين المعلمين الذين قاموا بتعديل العلامات التي تخوّل الطالب إلى النجاح.
ووفق الموقع، وصل سعر تعديل نتيجة المادة الواحدة إلى 100 ألف ليرة سورية في مدارس ببيلا ويلدا بينما ارتفع لأكثر من 200 ألف في بعض مدارس دمشق لرغبة بعض الأهالي بحصول أبنائهم على درجات عالية.

الكوادر الطبية في المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرة النظام السوري ترغب في السفر لخارج سوريا
فقد القطاع الصحي في مناطق سيطرة النظام السوري، عدداً كبيراً من الكوادر الطبية بسبب الهجرة المتواصلة للأطباء في مختلف الاختصاصات، حيث بات الوضع المادي وغياب محفزات العمل في مقدمة العوامل التي تحرّك الأطباء والممرضين وغيرهم لمغادرة البلاد.
ذكرغسان فندي نقيب الأطباء في مناطق سيطرة النظام السوري، أن هناك عزوفاً من العديد من الأطباء عن التعاقد مع القطاع العام الصحي بسبب الرواتب القليلة وخصوصاً في المستوصفات والمشافي البعيدة.
وقال فندي في تصريح لصحيفة موالية للنظام السوري إنه رغم زيادة خريجي الطب لكن هناك نقصا واضحا وهناك أعداد كبيرة من الأطباء يتقدمون بطلبات إلى النقابة للحصول على وثائق خاصة بالسفر خارج البلاد.

النظام السوري يقصف غربي درعا بطائرات سوخوي
آرك نيوز.. أفادت مصادر محلية بأن طائرات "سوخوي 24" تابعة للنظام السوري شنت غارات جوية على مواقع قرب بلدة اليادودة غربي درعا صباح اليوم.
وقال تجمع أحرار حوران إن الغارات استهدفت مواقع بين بلدتي اليادودة وعتمان غربي درعا، مشيراً إلى أن الطائرات التي شنت الغارات أقلعت من مطار التيفور العسكري شرقي حمص.

Nechirvan Barzani meets with two German ministers in Berlin
ARK News… On Monday morning, the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, met separately with the German Minister of Economic Cooperation and Development, Svenia Schulz, and the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Tobias Linder.
This came within the framework of a series of meetings conducted by the President of the Kurdistan Region with German officials since his arrival in the capital, Berlin, on Sunday.
The meeting, which was attended by the Iraqi ambassador to Germany, discussed the development of Germany's relations with Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, and joint cooperation between the two sides in various fields.
The meeting also discussed the conditions of Sinjar, the Yazidis, the displaced and refugees in the Kurdistan Region, and the dangers of climate change to Iraq.
