مسلحو PYD يتجاهلون النداءات ويواصلون اختطاف الإعلامي بارزان حسين والناشط جنيد سيد مجيد
يواصل مسلحو ب ي د اختطاف برزان حسين الإعلامي في الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا وجنيد سيد مجيد عضو المجلس المنطقي للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا في بلدة كركي لكي التابعة لديرك بكوردستان سوريا.
واستمرارا لسياسة الخطف والترهيب بحق أعضاء وناشطي المجلس الوطني الكوردي والحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا، اختطفا من قبل مسلحي PYD قبل 11 یوما بتاريخ 15 آب 2023.
إدانة من المجلس الوطني الكوردي
وأدان المجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا عمليات الاعتقال مؤكدا في بيان له أن "هذه الاعتقالات تأتي لترهيب المواطنين وزيادة القبضة الأمنية على رقاب الشعب لمنع أية ردات فعل واحتجاجات جماهيرية قد تحصل". وأدان المجلس بأشد العبارات هذه الاعتقالات الترهيبية بحق الإعلامي برزان حسين والناشط جنيد سيد مجيد، مطالبا بالإفراج الفوري عنهما. كما دعا كل منظمات حقوق الإنسان والجهات الدولية للتدخل ومنع هذه الانتهاكات بحق المواطنين والنشطاء.
من جهتها طالبت رابطة الصحفيين السوريين "بإطلاق سراح الزميل برزان حسين فوراً، وإذ تعبر عن تضامنها الكامل مع عائلته؛ فإنها تناشد في الوقت ذاته كافة الصحفيين والمؤسسات والأجسام الإعلامية، والمنظمات الحقوقية في شمال شرق خاصة وسورية عامة لممارسة الضغط لإطلاق سراحه، والحفاظ على حرية الصحافة وحماية كافة الصحفيين".
كما طالب كل من اتحاد كتاب كوردستان سوريا والاتحاد العام للكتاب والصحفيين الكورد ومجموعة من المنظمات الكوردية والسورية, إدارة ب ي د الإفراج الفوري عنهما.
وسبق أن تعرض الإعلامي برزان حسين لياني للاختطاف من قبل مسلحي PYD أكثر من مرة.

فرنسا تؤكد وقوفها إلى جانب الشعب السوري ومطالبه
أشادت المبعوثة الفرنسية الخاصة إلى سوريا بريجيت كرمي يوم أمش 25 آب 2023، بتجدد الاحتجاجات المطالبة بإسقاط النظام السوري، مؤكدة وقوف بلادها إلى جانب الشعب السوري ومطالبه.
وأعربت كرمي عن دعمها مطالب الشعب السوري وخروجه في مظاهرات شملت العديد من المناطق في سوريا. وقالت في تغريدة على حسابها في تويتر، أمس الجمعة: "شهدنا اليوم مزيداً من الاحتجاجات في سوريا ونقف إلى جانب الشعب السوري في مطلبه الدائم بالعيش بكرامة".
من جانبه، أشاد المبعوث الألماني إلى سوريا ستيفان شنيك بشجاعة أبناء محافظتي السويداء ودرعا وخروجهم بالمظاهرات المطالبة بالحرية والعدالة.
ودعا المبعوث الألماني في رسالته، النظام السوري إلى الامتناع عن ممارسة العنف ضد الاحتجاجات السلمية.

بالرغم من الانتهاكات... الكورد يسارعون الخطى في العودة إلى عفرين
بالرغم من الانتهاكات الفظيعة التي تحدث بحق الشعب الكوردي في عفرين بكوردستان سوريا من قبل الفصائل المسلحة, إلا أن عودة العوائل الكوردية النازحة واللاجئة والمهجرة مستمرة.
فقد شهدت ناحيتا راجو وبلبله عودة عدد من العوائل خلال هذا الأسبوع وفقا لمصدر أفاد به اليوم 26 آب 2023.
أكد المصدر أن قرية خلالكا التابعة لناحية بلبله احتضنت أربع عوائل, بالإضافة إلى عائلتين في قرى كورا و كاواندا في ناحية راجو.
من جانبه أكد مصدر ثان أن عائلة كوردية عادت أدراجها إلى مسقط رأسها في ناحية ماباتا.
وشهدت الأشهر القليلة الماضية عودة غير مسبوقة للعوائل الكوردية النازحة في حلب والمهجرة في مخيمات الشهباء, وكذلك اللاجئة في لبنان وتركيا وإقليم كوردستان.
وبعد حرب عفرين تهجر أكثر من 300 ألف كوردي إلى مخيمات الشهباء, وباتوا ضحايا سياسة إدارة ب ي د, التي تمنع المهجرين من اتخاذ قرارهم في العودة أو التوجه نحو حلب والمناطق الأخرى.
وبالرغم من الانتهاكات الفظيعة التي تحدث في عفرين, إلا أن الكورد المهجرين قرروا العودة إلى مسقط رأسهم, لا سيما بعد مرور أكثر من خمس سنوات على بقائهم في المخيمات بريف حلب.
ويدعو السياسيون إلى ضرورة العودة للحد من التغيير الديمغرافي في المنطقة.

The Iranian parliament is putting Mahsa Amini's lawyer on trial

البرلمان الإيراني يخضع محامي مهسا أميني للمحاكمة
أعرب محامون في عدة مدن إيرانية وشرق كوردستان عن استيائهم من قرار البرلمان الايراني، موضحين ان البرلمان يحد من استقلالية نقابة المحامين و زاد الضغط على المحامين، يأتي ذلك بعد أن قدمت السلطات الايرانية محامي عائلة مهسا أميني للمحاكمة.
وتجمع المحامون في عدة مدن إيرانية وشرق كوردستان للاحتجاج "طهران و يزد وخراسان وكرمنشاه وأورمية"، وانتقدوا قرار البرلمان الاخير، وطالبوا مجلس حماية الدستور رفض القرار البرلماني.
ويقول المحامون المحتجون "ان نقابة المحامين لن تتمتع بالاستقلالية بعد الان، وهو ما يتعارض مع الحقوق الاساسية للشعب، ولن تكون حقوقهم محمية في المحاكم بعد الان"، وبحسب القرار البرلماني يجب على المحامين الحصول على ترخيصهم من وزارة الاقتصاد والالتزام بقرارات الوزارة، وتتولى نفس الوزارة مراقبة شؤون المحامين، وقد أثار هذا قلق المحامين في إيران وشرق كوردستان.
وقد تم جمع 20 ألف توقيع حتى الان للمطالبة بالغاء القرار البرلماني، ومن جهة أخرى ومع اقتراب ذكرى وفاة مهسا أميني وبداية مظاهرات العام الماضي، تزايدت الضغوط على المحامين.
وسيحاكم المحامي البارز في شرق كوردستان صالح نكبخت، الذي تولى قضية مهسا أميني في المحاكم، يوم الثلاثاء 29 آب أغسطس، بتهمة الطعن في قرار المحكمة وتحريض الرأي العام على التظاهر.
في غضون ذلك، ذكر الموقع الالكتروني لهيئة المحامين الايرانية ان بعض المحامين الذين مثلوا عائلات ضحايا مظاهرات العام الماضي قد تم إلغاء تراخيص محاميهم في الايام الاخيرة، وكلها كانت بحجة تحريض الرأي العام وإثارة الفوضى وعدم احترام الحكومة.
ولم يرد المسؤولون الايرانيون بعد على المحامين المحتجين، الذين يقولون انهم يتعرضون لضغوط من الحكومة وان استقلالهم مقيد بموجب القانون.
