استشهاد مدني متأثرا بإصابته إثر قصف صاروخي على قرية غزاوية بعفرين
بعد أيام من إصابته جراء قصف صاروخي, فقد اليوم 28 آب 2023 مدني كوردي حياته متأثراً بجروحه في أحد مشافي مدينة عفرين بكوردستان سوريا.
وتعرضت قرية غزاوية في ناحية شيراوا بريف مدينة عفرين إلى قصف مدفعي بتاريخ 23 من شهر آب الجاري, أصيب مدني كوردي جراء ذلك.
المدني إبراهيم علي علي الذي يبلغ من العمر 43 عاماً كان قد أصيب بإصابات بليغة جراء قصف تعرضت له القرية. وبعد أيام من رقوده في العناية المشددة, فارق الحياة اليوم, وفقا لمصدر من القرية أفاد لـ ARK.
وقرية غزاوية هي من قرى التماس بين النظام السوري والمليشيات الإيرانية ومسلحي ب ي د من جهة وبين الفصائل المسلحة من جهة أخرى, وبين الفترة والأخرى تتعرض للقصف المماثل, يتعرض خلاله المدنيون ويكوننون عرضة للقصف والاشتباكات.

أفادت مصادر خاصة لـ ريباز نيوز اليوم 28 آب 2023, أنه يهاجر يومياً عشرات الشباب من مدينة كوباني إلى تركيا عبر القرى الحدودية.
وأضافت المصادر, أن عملية التهريب تجري بالتنسيق بين المهربين وإدارة PYD وبمبلغ 1500 دولار أمريكي.
ووفقاً للمصادر, الهدف من هذه الممارسات هو إفراغ كوردستان سوريا من سكانها وإحداث التغيير الديموغرافي.

Maher Al-Assad Division arrests militia leaders in the city of Aleppo

يجب ألا تتحول لأداة دعم للنظام.. الشبكة السورية تُدين توقف دخول المساعدات الأممية عبر "باب الهوى"
أدانت الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان، في بيان، توقف دخول المساعدات الأممية عبر معبر باب الهوى الحدودي منذ سبعة أسابيع، مما هدد حياة عشرات آلاف المدنيين في مناطق شمال غربي سوريا:
وقالت الشبكة إن المساعدات الإنسانية "يجب ألا تتحول إلى أداة تمويل ودعم لنظام متورط بجرائم ضد الإنسانية بحق شعب. ولا يمكن الاعتماد في إيصال المساعدات الأممية، وتعويض الضحايا وأقربائهم، على من تسبب في ارتكاب الانتهاكات بحقهم وتشريدهم".
وجاء في البيان: "إنه في 11/ تموز استخدمت روسيا الفيتو في مجلس الأمن الدولي، للمرة الخامسة لمنع إدخال المساعدات الأممية عبر الحدود من تركيا إلى شمال غرب سوريا وفق مشروع القرار الذي تقدمت به سويسرا والبرازيل، وفي 14/ تموز وجه النظام السوري رسالة إلى كل من الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة ورئيس مجلس الأمن تضمنت موافقته على منح النظام السوري الأمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة إذناً باستخدام معبر باب الهوى لإيصال المساعدات الإنسانية بالتعاون والتنسيق الكامل معه، ولكن لمدة ستة أشهر بدءا ًمن 13/ تموز".
وأوضح، أنه في 7/ آب تم التوصل لتفاهم بين مارتن غريفيث، وكيل الأمين العام للشؤون الإنسانية، والنظام السوري بهدف "السماح للأمم المتحدة وشركائها بمواصلة تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية عبر الحدود، بالحجم اللازم وبطريقة مبدئية تسمح بالانخراط مع جميع الأطراف لأغراض السعي إلى وصول المساعدات الإنسانية بطريقة تحمي الاستقلال التشغيلي للأمم المتحدة"، ونؤكد في الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان أنه على الرغم من هذا الاتفاق فإن المساعدات الأممية لم تدخل حتى تاريخ كتابة هذا البيان.
ولفتت الشبكة، إلى أن مناطق شمال غرب سوريا يقطن فيها ما لا يقل عن 4.5 مليون شخص بحسب مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية، من بينهم 1.9 مليون في المخيمات، يعتمد 90 % منهم على المساعدات الإنسانية الأممية التي تدخل عبر الحدود وفق قرارات أممية منذ عام 2014 والذي خضع للابتزاز الروسي في كل عام، حتى تقلصت صلاحياته إلى معبر واحد مع إدخال مفهوم المساعدات عبر خطوط التماس وفق القرار 2585 لعام 2021.
وتحدثت الشبكة عن رصدها في الأسبوع الفائت بدء انقطاع مادة الخبز عن معظم المخيمات بالتزامن مع نقص في كميات المياه الواصلة إليهم وغلاء معظم السلع الغذائية جراء توقف دخول المساعدات الأممية عبر معبر باب الهوى لمدة سبعة أسابيع، منذ 10/ تموز، ما ينذر بكارثة إنسانية قد تصل إلى حد المجاعة في شمال غرب سوريا.
وكررت "الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان"، موقفها القانوني المعلن منذ ثلاث سنوات بأن إدخال المساعدات الأممية ليس بحاجة إلى إذن من مجلس الأمن، وعلى ضرورة إيجاد آلية تنسيق بين الدول المانحة من أجل تفادي أكبر قدر ممكن من عمليات التحكم والسرقة التي يقوم بها النظام السوري للمساعدات التي تمر من خلاله.
وجددت مطالبتها مجلس الأمن برفع يده عن التحكم بدخول المساعدات الأممية العابرة للحدود، فهي تدخل ضمن نطاق الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة ومنظمة الشؤون الإنسانية، والتوقف التام عن استخدام الفيتو بشكل معارض للقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، وخاصةً في حالات ارتكاب الجرائم ضد الإنسانية مثل جريمة التشريد القسري.
وأوصت الشبكة الأمم المتحدة والدول المانحة بتأسيس منصة دعم دولية تتولى عمليات تنسيق المساعدات في شمال غرب سوريا، وتكون بمثابة خيار إضافي إلى جانب الأمم المتحدة.
واعتبرت أن هذا البيان بمثابة نداء استغاثة للدول المانحة، والمنظمات الدولية لاتخاذ تحرك جدي بأسرع وقت ممكن وتقديم المساعدات الإنسانية للمخيمات في شمال غرب سوريا، وبشكل خاص الخبز والمياه خارج إطار الأمم المتحدة.

ناسا ترسل فريقا بقيادة رائدة فضاء كوردية إلى محطة الفضاء الدولية
أطلقت وكالة الفضاء الأميركية (ناسا) ومؤسسة "سبيس إكس" المركبة الفضائية "دراغون"، التي تحمل أربعة رواد إلى محطة الفضاء الدولية، في مهمة أُطلق عليها "كرو-7".
وجرت عملية الإطلاق من مركز كنيدي للفضاء، بولاية فلوريدا، بحضور نحو 10 آلاف شخص تجمعوا لحضور عملية الإقلاع التي تمت بعد تأجيل دام 24 ساعة لمنح المهندسين يومًا إضافيًا لفحص مكوّن في مركبة "دراغون".
وتقود هذه المهمة رائدة الفضاء الأميركية -من أصل كوردي من كوردستان ايران- ياسمين موغبلي، وتضم الدنماركي أندرياس موغنسن، والياباني ساتوشي فوروكاوا، والروسي كونستانتين بوريسوف، وسيحل هؤلاء مكان أربعة رواد موجودين على متن محطة الفضاء الدولية حاليًا.
وسُمعت هُتافات من غرفة التحكم بالمهمة فور انفصال "دراغون" عن الصاروخ "فالكون-9″، بينما كان الطاقم في المدار. وقالت ياسمين بعد انفصال المركبة، "قد يكون لدينا طاقم من أربعة أفراد من أربع دول مختلفة.. لكننا فريق متكاتف بمهمة مشتركة".

إسرائيل تُخرج مطار حلب الدولي عن الخدمة
خرج مطار حلب الدولي عن الخدمة، اليوم الإثنين، أثر قصف قالت وزارة الدفاع التابعة للنظام السوري إن "إسرائيل شنته من جهة البحر المتوسط، غربي اللاذقية".
وذكرت وسائل إعلامية تابعة للنظام السوري إن "القصف الإسرائيلي استهدف مطار حلب الدولي، مما أدى إلى "حدوث أضرار مادية بمدرج المطار وخروجه عن الخدمة".
وذكر موقع "ألما" الإسرائيلي، المتخصص بنشر التقارير الاستخبارية، أن الهجوم الأخير على مطاري حلب والنيرب جاء بمعلومات استخبارية دقيقة تشير إلى وجود أسلحة إيرانية متطورة في المطار.
مضيفاً أن الإيرانيين نقلوا أسلحة، من بينها طائرات مسيّرة قتالية من مطار الجراح العسكري إلى مطار النيرب العسكري شرقي حلب، عبر شاحنات للتمويه بأنها شحنات أغذية ومساعدات.

فرقة ماهر الأسد تعـ.ـتقل قادة ميليشيات في مدينة حلب
اعتقلت قوات الفرقة الرابعة التابعة لماهر الأسد شقيق رئيس النظام السوري قادة ميليشيات تابعة لميليشيات سهيل الحسن المعرف باسم "ميليشيا النمر" في حلب، على خلفية رفض البعض منهم دفع مبالغ كبيرة لقاء الإبقاء على حمايتهم وتسهيل عملهم في السرقات والممنوعات.
قالت مصادر إعلامية سورية " إنَّ الفرقة الرابعة اعتقلت المدعو حمود عساف وهو قائد ميليشيا محلية بحلب من منزله وصادرت 6 سيارات حديثة عائدة له بعد اشتباكات متبادلة مع عناصر الفرقة الرابعة.
كذلك اعتقلت الفرقة الرابعة قائد ميليشيا محلية في حلب يدعى "علي طه"، ولكنها أفرجت عنه بعد دفعه ملياري ليرة سورية لمكتب أمن الفرقة الرابعة، ومصادرة سيارات حديثة عائدة له.
