The Syrian Kurdistan Writers Union holds a meeting in Qamishlo city

ARK News... Members of the Syrian Kurdistan Writers Union held a meeting on Friday morning, May 5, 2022, at the Union's office in Qamishlo in Syrian Kurdistan.

The meeting was held in the presence of members of the Executive Office of the Syrian Kurdistan Writers Union, and during the meeting, the reports received from the branches of the Syrian Kurdistan Writers Union, and the representative of the Union in the Kurdistan Region and Europe were read.

Also during the meeting, the project submitted by the representation of the Union in Europe was studied, where the second congress of the representation is scheduled to be held. On the other hand, the confederation residing in the city of Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, was discussed at length.

At the end of the meeting: The attendees discussed the status of “Pînosa Azad” magazine and how to develop it, and it was approved to hold a set of evenings and activities in all branches of the Union, and the literary personality was chosen to be officially honored in the name of the seventh annual award of the Union.
