Russian soldiers refuse to receive QSD leaders and prevent them from entering its military base
ARK News… Sources revealed that the Russian forces at the base of the town of Tel Samin in the countryside of Raqqa refused to hold a meeting with a delegation of senior leaders of the SDF.
Informed sources reported that, on Sunday 26/12/2021, 7 senior QSD leaders arrived from the cities of Hasaka and Qamishlo to the Russian base in Tel Al-Samin.
The sources indicated that QSD leaders came with the aim of holding military and political meetings regarding the security situation in northeastern Syria, and Russia refused to receive the leaders and prevented them from entering its base.
Those sources explained: After that, a Russian officer went out and informed the (SDF) leaders waiting abroad that military orders and instructions had arrived from the Russian Hamaimim base to refuse to hold the meeting.
